Had a great experience yesterday at GBK white city, wanted the cheese sauce and truffle mac and cheese, but being valentines day those items were sold out. My pregnant wife didn't fancy having a veg burger but wanted the lighter bean melt instead asked the waiter and said the melt was only available till 5pm. Spoke to the manager Andrea and she was able to make an exception for my wife. Really happy with the service and food all round. Thanks Andrea again!

Visited on Saturday afternoon after watching QPR and after waiting to be served for well over 20 minutes, decided to leave. Totally understaffed and will never visit again. if you want a burger in Westfield, Shepherds Bush, avoid GBK! NO STARS - ONLY SELECTED ONE STAR TO POST THIS REVIEW!

Fries - second lot were good. First lot were cold.
Service... I'd give it 0 stars if I could. I had to go to the kitchen service counter myself.

I visited this place today and was totally disappointed with the staff's behavior. I waited for my order for more than 40 minutes when the place was not even half full. Then just for a pint of beer I had to wait another 20 minutes, all because I asked the waitress where my order was.

Dated decor. Old furniture. Really cold as a draft. We moved tables three times. Waited a long time for food. The burgers were tasteless. The first time I've only eaten half. On the way home I was sick. On getting indoors a serious visit to the lavatory.
A business hates a bad review, yet imagine how ill you've made me feel. My partner wasn't ill yet needed gaviscon for discomfort, heartburn and belching.

I would usually write a review regarding the food, which was fantastic I should add, but no, this is for the manager, Andrea. What can I say, Andrea you a credit to GBK and the F&B industry.
We visited the Westfield GBK yesterday (10/11/24). As soon as entered we were greeted with a wonderful welcome and immediately engaged with our children, which is a breathe of fresh air! She was extremely polite, professional and inviting. Never have I come across an employee of a restaurant as welcoming, especially from a Manager! Throughout our meal my wife and I praised Andrea for her professionalism, can do attitude and customer service. For our son to be immediately comfortable with someone takes a lot, and Andrea surpassed all expectations.
I would be sincerely grateful if this feedback is provided to Andrea; due to this amazing experience we will certainly be returning! THANK YOU!

Came on a Friday night - seemingly only about 10 tables (about 10% of the restaurant) in use but we were turned away abruptly because they said they were ?too busy?. Not sure who made this call but terrible terrible and insensitive customer relations.

I dined around 3pm on 28/11/2024.
Unfortunately the burger was burnt around the edges which affected the taste and was unpleasant.
Good, attentive service from the seemingly mild mannered gentleman Ajith though.
