Staff is extremely rude man. I had a flight and was here to buy last minute gifts from my family. I spent around 350£ there and staff was more interested in closing early rather than making sales. Shoutout to the guy named Zak you're a star. He was the only one who was ready and actually entertained us. We did noticed your colleagues were shouting at you and complaining for actually serving us. Specially the women piercings and tattoos you're reallly rude man.

Unfortunately, my experience at this place was very disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than in helping customers. I waited for several minutes without anyone acknowledging me, even though it was clear they saw me. At no point did they offer assistance or show any willingness to provide service. Overall, the customer service was poor and unprofessional. I wouldn?t recommend this place based on my visit.

Extremely bad customer service. The guys that are supposed to help the customer are chatting around, nobody asks if you need anything. The two guys in the entrance just keep chatting and pay no attention to customers and the rest are not nice at all. Worst customer service ever.

1 star because 0 isn't possible.
Never experienced a store where I actually wanted to buy something but decided not to?simply because of how rude the staff were. And I mean every single one of them. No greetings, no help, just standing around chatting among themselves like customers don?t exist.
If you dare to ask a question, expect to be ignored?or worse, treated like you?re interrupting their day. It's shocking that this kind of behavior is tolerated. FOOTASYLUM seriously needs to review who they?re hiring as managers and employees.
I don?t usually leave reviews, but this experience genuinely pushed me to speak up. And judging by other feedback, I?m clearly not the only one. Either replace the team or shut this location down?because right now, it?s doing a disservice to the brand.

Came to foot asylum and all the workers were chatting instead of sitting on the till while one young man was running around trying to do all the orders bless him. There was no one in till downstairs.

Good prices poor customer service
They didn't want to exchange some sneakers for me because according to them they were used and they started a refund process of some shoes that weren't mine. I went to the Oxford street store and they solved it for me at the moment.

Staff extremely helpful and assisted me with everything we needed but manager upstairs was talking upstairs not helping out at all. Manager is blonde and wears glasses but was upstairs doing nothing and talking. Asked for name and she didn?t want to give it to me. Supervisor was too rude as well. Ruined my experience completely kid was crying.

Tried ordering a blue mercier hoodie online and was very disappointed for the customer service. Representative on the phone was demeaning and has no understanding of proper customer service. Employees in the store as well were very lazy, there were 3 of them in a circle just talking to each other.
