Absolutely amazing staff here at the Westfield store. Took my 8 year old to have his feet measured and see about new school shoes. The staff there were very considerate of my sons additional needs. What was lovely was that they tried to engage with him whilst I had a look at the shoes. It was really moving to see that they took a genuine interest in communicating with him whilst I thought I needed to rush in case there was a meltdown or if he tried to wander off. They definitely went above and beyond. I just wish clarks had the stegosaurus line in bigger sizes! Highly recommend the staff at this store ?

I had such a wonderful experience. Staff was really friendly well and welcoming and really helped me with all the selection of the shoes that I wanted for work.

We visited to buy my daughter her first pair of shoes and found the shop assistant unhelpful and quite rude. We wouldn?t return to this branch.

Great experience here with assistant Neha, she was fantastic and had a great attitude, making it a fun experience getting my daughters first shoes, helped measure her and order some Shoes online when they didn't have the exact right size

Please check your shoes at the till before leaving. Don't trust the guy at the till, he's colourblind.

We went to the White City branch yesterday and a staff named Jannat over there served us, she was really very sweet and helpful.
She helped us a lot to find our perfect choice.

Excellent staff member Neha y helped us choose out our sons school shoes and was very calm and PRO at her job , we couldn?t find the style that we wanted because the shoe was discontinued and Neha was amazingly helpful and got it rite first time , thanks Neha Y for all your help

Some of the staff were rude, also they don't do anything to help you when you try on a shoe (although this may be typical in UK that I don't know very well).

I had a very disappointing experience at this store.
I arrived promptly at 10:00 AM, the store?s opening time, for a kids? shoe fitting. However, the store manager, Paul, seemed annoyed that we were there right at opening. He wouldn?t let us in until minutes after 10, his attitude was rude and dismissive.
The store assistant, Mankeet, seemed largely uninterested in helping us and lacked enthusiasm. I had to continually prompt him to check if the shoes fit my children properly.
Overall, the customer service was poor, and I won?t be returning.

The shop is great but the senior most looking salesperson among the 3 sales girls present there in this branch really has no idea how to talk to customers. She is not professional one bit. She was impolite, tried to teach me how to buy shoes like I have no say on what I want. There was an issue with the shoe I was about to buy and asked for a fresh pair. She began to lecture me about how I should think and not think. How to buy blahhh blahhh blahhh.
I couldn?t believe it. Like she wanted to piss me off.
Just want to let Clark?s know. Please train your ride staffs on how to speak to customers. I kept my cool and just told her she wasn?t professional. The kind of tone and lack of business communication she had is not something I tolerate normally.
Clark?s - I love your shoes but dislike this sales person there. Maybe tell them to shut up when I?m not speaking to them.
And earlier, she asked what shoe size. We gave her UK size. She said can we give her in Euro size. When I was trying to convert it on my own for my own sake.
She abruptly came to my face and said. No no. I don?t need your conversion. I know. I know. Like I don?t know if it was her ego, her anxiety or lack of communication speaking. When I was clearly on my own and facing towards my partner. Not even talking to her. Like she wants to say. She knows it all.
So like I said. Plz train your that one dude salesperson in this branch.
I still bought two shoes from there. I didn?t let my ego play like hers.

Lovely store, spacious and neat and tidy. Would be nice to have a more bigger product range however in this store considering it's in iconic Westfield Shepherds Bush. You will find more products online. But the service from the male store clerk was nice and friendly and helpful. Otherwise the atmosphere of the store was quiet but pleasant.
