Let?s face it, this is mostly a shop of pretty tat, but my 6 year old adores this place and I use it as a bribe/ reward for tokens earned doing chores/ homework/ food test results etc. What she buys often breaks, like a giant lilac drinking cup, but she has that short consumerist high and will hopefully learn to save better and invest better. Meanwhile, it?s lots of pretty stuff that is less than good for our society and our environment.

I had my nose piercing, really was a good experience and i really want to thank pethany for her help she was so kind and helpful and her hands so soft really didn?t feel how she did it so quick didn?t feel any pain

Got my ears pierced here and about a month later one of the earrings went inside my ear and i had to go to a&e to get it out and keep in mind this isnt my first piercing as i have my first piercings done already and i got my second piercing done. DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL DONT GET UR EARS PIERCED HEREEEEEEE!!!

I took my daughter to Claire?s in Westfield Shepherd?s Bush to have her ears pierced. They did her right ear lobe piercing incorrectly and angled downwards. I called the store and they said they couldn?t help me that I would have to bring her all the way back to the mall so they could see it and couldn?t accept pictures. I emailed the Claire?s email address with images and my experience over a week ago and no response. Don?t take your children to be pierced there!!!!

Bethany and Malak were honestly amazing. I can?t describe words enough to express how amazing they both were. I would have given 5 stars but because MARIA THE MANAGER of the store has let the store down. Maria was incredibly rude, she spoke to me like I was a child which is disgusting service in itself. Considering she?s a managers, that?s quite embarrassing in itself. The one star not being being there is because she was inadequate.
Bethany and Malak both deserve an award, a raise or something for the service they provided me with.

On the 26th of May I was going to get my daughters ears pierced and we went to another Claire?s location and left and went to store 531 which is located inside Westfield shopping Mall in London and had a fabulous experience. Khadija was so kind, happy, confident and knowledgeable in her products she gave recommendations on the quality of earring for my daughter and explained why and Maria came in to help with the piercing and she was confident and happy and oh so kind and they both were so awesome this made myself and my daughter and our whole family super happy?Our experience at this store was great and the ear piercing was great as well my little girl didn?t even cry and was super happy with her new earrings. We will definitely come back and shop at this location again.

I got pierced in Claire?s because I wanted the free earrings for 12 months and they scammed me,they didn?t even bother to register my email and whenever I bought stuff and put my email down,they didn?t use it,scammers

If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. I had booked an appointment to get my 5 years ears pierced. The person in store who gave her name as Viviana refused to honour the appointment and told us to try Accessorize instead of for us to wait an hour for another staff member to arrive as she couldn?t do the piercing herself. I responded that Accessorize don?t do piercings for the age my child is but she said they do. Loe and behold they do not. We tried Lovisa and they did it no problem and the lady Kelly was very lovely. I went back to the store to tell Viviana that Accessorize weren?t able to do the piecing and she was piercing another client on her own! No need for another person the child was the same size as mine. Absolutely terrible service. Not only was she rude and dismissive; by doing another child?s ears on her own she proved herself to be a liar. Will never enter that store again if she is on duty.

Super love ???? Now Claire?s are having a promotion buy 1 free 1. Makeup, hair accessories, earrings, stationeries all so cute and worth it. My daughter love the super cute design diaries with lock buy 1 free 1 is a good deal. Bought few of them as gift as well. Definitely will go again before the promo end.
