I had to welcome myself to a miserable old man?s face with kitchen staff depressed., he didn?t want to sale me bbq wings and changed the price , anyways NW1 was try and old felt sickening . Staff was watching me eat and I asked him , why are you looking at me with anger , he said nothing old man left the shop and came back with evil look . This place should be closed down and food allergies is zero please guys avoid at all cost and spend extra other paces instead

The guy who served me he was handling my food with his bare hand, even though I asked him to put a gloves on he responded he washed his hand even though I was right next to him and never saw him washed hand and he was handling cash then they started making my wrap bare hands

Typically order from another branch known and trusted but wanted to give my local branch a shot. AVOID!! Grilled chicken is dry as a bone no sauce despite stating extra hot not even a drop of hot sauce on the chicken. . Also note the phone number is incorrect so you cannot even speak to someone to fix an issue with your order. I like to support my local small businesses but sadly wont be ordering again.

This shop displays pictures of the shop next-door's menu items next to low prices, illustrated with the exact same photographs modified using Photoshop, in order to poach its customers, when in-fact they don't sell these items & the equivalent items are significantly more expensive.

Specifically, there were two staff members, who used inappropriate and offensive language towards me. This behavior is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

Food is really rubbish....they claim that they give halal food...but its not true...dont go to this shop....even behaviour of staff and manager is very rude

Very bad food burn fries and chicken.....I waste my money ....I genuinely suggest to all customers to please not visit this shop ....they provide rubbish food....and they tell it's halal...but trust me it's not halal....they making fool to all customers.....

Bad behaviour with delivery drivers the owner is not good please requested all delivery drivers don?t take the food this shop.
