In store I had a lovely experience (why I gave 2 stars,
The lad wasn?t very chatty but still nice. My issue is with the drop and go, the time frames they post on the website eg 48 hours is far from the truth. No individual store numbers is incredibly frustrating and the email replies are nonexistent. No reply from the support form via website either

Super happy with this store from this month felt untrusted selling any off my dvds etc too my local cex stores so took a gamble too this store instead the staff member who served was friendly about it checked obvs every disc was included with no major scratches etc and especially assisted on finding a few wanted dvds happy too return too this store any day when next in london :)

As a fan of old game consoles and a Blu-ray collector, stepping into CeX Kensington felt like walking into a treasure trove. The place was packed with nostalgia, especially with their impressive selection of Game Boy Color consoles on display ? something you don?t see every day.
What really stood out was their massive collection of PS3 games. I?d been hunting down Driver: San Francisco for a while now, and to my surprise, they had it ? along with tons of other titles, all at incredibly low prices. Many of the games were under £5, with some gems going for just £1!
The staff were top-notch ? super helpful and attentive. One of the employees even came over while I was browsing the PS3 section and offered assistance without being pushy, which made the experience even better.
I ended up walking out with a PS3 Slim and 8 games. Sadly, one of the discs was swapped with a different game by mistake, but honestly, with prices and service like that, it?s hard to complain. This store is a must-visit for anyone into retro gaming or media collecting. I?ll definitely be back.

I've never encountered a more unprofessional and lazy group of employees. I walked into this gaming shop expecting at least basic assistance, but instead, I got a bunch of clueless staff wandering around like they were lost in their own fantasy worlds. No one offered to help, and when I asked a question, they barely acknowledged me before going back to whatever they were doing ? which was definitely not helping customers.
It?s like they hired people who?d rather daydream than do their jobs. I had to figure everything out myself while they stood around chatting or pretending to be busy. If you enjoy feeling invisible and wasting your time, this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid this shop unless you enjoy being ignored by people who seem to hate their jobs.
Save your money and your patience ? go somewhere that actually cares about customers.

Really poor experience at CEX, was quoted a price for my console. Took hours to update the console and then after an hour and 45 minutes I return to be quoted a lower price of half the original. I then took this price and was told they?d need another 30 mins to check the games, the manager then said they can email the voucher to me (an email I had to spell out letter for letter) That would have saved me almost 2 and a half hours of back and forth. Terrible customer service and a staff of people that done have a clue!
