I would just like to say michael that works in the card factory in westfield is by far the best sales person i have ever seen and experienced in my life, and thats coming from a salesman himself, he was so attentive , talkative and just all round great..when it got busy he even knew how to multitask amazingly, honestly a credit to your team Michael thank you for today?LEGEND!!!

The ladies and gentlemen at counter in Shepherds Bush are so nice, gentle and friendly. I fell in love with this shop. I wish I knew this place since long time ago. As someone who loves books and pens, as soon as I found this shop, I do not go and buy books and pens from another place any more. The lady at the counter said this is local products. I LOVE using local products a lot. So, this is the place I really really love.

Just had to come here to say I never give reviews- but I wanted balloons done for my 23rd birthday and Michael was an absolute angel. someone who cares so much about their job and is so kind and friendly to other people! Thank you for putting a smile on my face and my lovely balloons Michael. you deserve the best!

Disappointing experience - Sunday 13/10. The store was late opening, should open at 11am and didn't open until 11.15. Complete lack of respect for the customer.
The choice of cards gets smaller and smaller, while prices keep going up.

Michael was AMAZINGGGG!! They were by themselves on a busy Sunday afternoon and had a massive queue to deal with but the consistency in excellent customer service with a smile whilst under pressure, it was immaculate to see. I work in retail myself and I have to give it to them, phenomenal honestly.

I just want to say a massive thank you to all the staff in this store especially Michael. They were all so kind and lovely yesterday, we were greeted as soon as we walked in, we just came in to buy some cards and gift bags for a 2 year olds birthday & had a bit of a drink spillage when a bottle dropped from the pram whilst in store but it was dealt with so well, everyone was so friendly & we?ve been dealing we?ve a very tough time at the moment so the kindness we experienced yesterday really warmed our hearts & made our day. I can?t explain how much the little act of kindness made our day following the difficult time we?ve been going through. I really cannot thank you enough! Please keep being as friendly and bubbly as you are! I didn?t catch the lady?s name but you are a great team & can I also mention this is the TIDIEST & MOST ORGANISED card factory I have EVER walked in!! Thank you so much all of you! God bless you x
