This has happened multiple times. I ask for less milk or more ice cubes, but they never get it right. When they hand it off, there is barely one sad ice cube left melting in the cup. Clearly there were more, but they have already melted. By the time I take a sip, it is watery and bland. The quality just is not there. But it?s better than both Hammersmith one despite the reviews.

Was in the que waiting when I got to the till they told me they are closed. Could have said that at the beginning. It wasn't even 10 pm at the time - customers were still coming behind me .

Today I visited Cafe Nero, when it came to my attention that it was extremely busy. However, a wonderful lady named Yam politely served me, despite the fact that it was clearly stressful. I ordered a honey oat latte, but there was no more honey syrup left. While I was thinking of something else as an alternative, she quickly had a solution that no other baristas would have done in my opinion, at least; she offered to add actual honey instead, and it worked so well. The littlest of things always matters, and that did in fact make my day. If she serves you, she's honestly amazing, and you will see for yourselves.
