This has happened multiple times. I ask for less milk or more ice cubes, but they never get it right. When they hand it off, there is barely one sad ice cube left melting in the cup. Clearly there were more, but they have already melted. By the time I take a sip, it is watery and bland. The quality just is not there. But... read full comment
