One of my worst service experiences ever. After having to call head office to get them to answer the phone as I needed to check if a prescription had been received. Then said no, I called my doctors to doable- check they had sent it, they confirmed. I called them again and asked them to double check they eventually found my prescription. I go to collect it and the staff are training in-front of me, no acknowledgment, smile or eye contact. So I say excuse me, customer? She curtly tells me she is busy training and in so many words not to interrupt. I tell her customers should come first and I shouldn?t have to wait if they are the only two staff in the shop. She very sarcastically asks how she can help me, I tell her I don?t need any sarcasm thanks, she tells me when is she supposed to train staff at home? I said that is not my problem but you shouldn?t leave customers to wait with no acknowledgement. She refuses to give her name and is sarcastic and curt throughout the service. Shocking. I will be contacting HO for the second time today. Unbelievable to think it?s acceptable to treat a paying customer like this!!

They are so rude and uninterested, the two women with the white headscarves are the worst. Their whole demeanour screams, "you have the audacity to enter this store and expect me to serve you?". The only staff member who gives any good customer service is the Eastern European lady. Three people behind the pharmacy counter and no one at the till. It looks a mess, is dirty, with half-empty shelves. This store and these staff, are an insult and disgrace to the Boots brand. No Boots magazines available.What they fail to grasp, is that customers can get their own back for the sh1t service, by posting on sites such as this.Hopefully senior management read these reviews. They desperately need an unannounced visit from Head Office management or a mystery shopper.

The worst and most disinterested service ever received from any Boots in London. Specifically the short lady with the white head scarf (Wed 3/1/24 around 3pm). Too busy and distracted with texting her phone instead of serving customers at the cash register. She's a classic example as to why she should be replaced by a self service machine at that pharmacy. I'd get better customer service from that machine instead of her !

Well, the worst customer service ever.The product was clearly advertised as ?buy one, get second half price?. I bought two, however, both went full price through the till. When I questioned this with the lady at the till, she said in rude tone ?the offer is PROBABLY not valid anymore? and added that she is not sure why it is advertised this way, she promptly walked away after that.

I haven't purchased anything from here. But was there for an interview. The Manager Libera was so kind and so do the staff. Excellent and professional.

Good location, however not many options to buy. Also some of the staff are not well trained (only one member of the staff knew how to use my Pamper?s coupon). There?s room to improve the cleanliness and organisation. I had my jab with a very nice and knowledgeable lady.

Amazing service and very friendly staff! Gave in my prescription and they ordered it for me the next day, will definitely be making this boots my main pharmacy. Staff were very helpful and give great advice!

My prescription was sent to this store by mistake and I need them to return it to spine so I can pick up my meds locally. I have been calling none stop for 2 days. Customer service has emailed the store manager and still no response! I need my medication this is not acceptable! Furthermore I was paying £30 for my prescription here, until I discovered my local pharmacy charges £9 for exactly the same prescription!!!

I just went into boots to pick up my percription no staff except one and a "manager " sitting at the back listening to the radio. I asked the sales assistant if I can get my percription she said No!! I asked why she said they can't give it out as no pharmacist?? She asked the "manager " who refused to come and deal with me and I waS told I had to come back in one hour!!! There is NO customer service in that branch its a absolute disgrace and Boots head office need to address this disgusting issue. I work like them and can't keep going back and forth to get my medication
