I was served by Heidi at the Dior counter at Westfield White City and she gave wonderful customer service. She was very knowledgeable about the products and gave alternative when the product I wanted was out of stock. I left the store feeling very satisfied by her customer service. Thank you Heidi!

I was refused to make purchase with my Boots' points at the Clinique counter. The so called beauty advisor Ms Sylvia gave me no good reason for that. She was rude,unhelpful and not competent enough. I will never again buy anything from Clinique.

remembered I went here one time looking for a skin tint, spent like 10 minutes looking for an employee to help me. Eventually I find an employee, but this lady starts to sell me a YSL primer for £34????? then when I say I?m not interested in buying it she has a nasty look on her face ????????????? who the hell do you people hireeeee? primer does not equal skin tint. Save yourself some time and just go to Superdrug or Sephora for makeup unless it?s really worth it ?

Friendly staff if you can find someone but such a mess and so busy. Really had issue with some staff not prepared to help and too busy chatting to each other whilst others were busy running around trying to help. Also no one at various cosmetic counters which is a shame.

Next time choose carefully who you hire. Was in the makeup section (the right side of the store) and went up to three girls (clearly working there) that were on the shop floor and they were having a chat. I asked if they work here so I could find a product and I totally got ignored, and they carried on their conversation. One of them was a brown skin girl with short bleached hair with lots of makeup, she gave me dirty looks for absolutely no reason. This girl needs to get fired ASAP. Extremely unprofessional.

Terrible customer service at the till from the Assistant Manager - Nurul. I had items to return which I had purchased at the Boots in Bond Street. Had bought them as gifts for Xmas but ended up not gifting some of them. He refused to refund them firstly by saying that he could not read the receipts when they had slightly faded away at the back that says ?Earn Boots points? nothing to do with the order details. Then when I asked a worker close to him ?can you read this? he could read it but responded ? sorry that?s my manager? - scared to speak up! What a working environment!!Anyways, after asking him to give me a real reason to why he can?t refund my items, he said ?he needs to check with the Bond Street store to see what?s going on? and I asked what he meant by that as it doesn?t make sense to me and then he continues to say ?sorry I can?t refund, and can?t give you a reason? just go to Bond Street.I had only bought them 2-3 weeks ago, which certainly is within the 35 days return policy. And by the way boots return policy says that you can return items at ANY store!But I guess because it was 21:00 and they close at 22:00 he wanted to go home. Ridiculous!!I will take this further until this guy learns how to respond, helps people around (basically do his job) and learns some English as he could barely speak properly (broken language).Never visiting this boots again!!!!

The reception of Opticals service has poor attitude. When I asked something, she seemed to be unwilling to answer and looked very impatient. When I asked her to repeat her question again, just once, she said ?never mind?. So impatient. But the doctor who helped me do the eye test was very nice and patient.

Great range of products, at their competitive prices when it comes to cosmetics or other toiletries, the variety of hair styles products and hair styling electronic, the men's grooming wide choose to pick from. I would avoid the in-store shopping before closing, due to a large amount of boxes and cases with new products spread out between the shelves waiting to being dispatched and placed on the assignment place.If you are using the Boots Opticians for a Eye test, check your hours of the appointment being scheduled for and for how long they are, as when I have two appointments one for Eye test, another for contact lenses following up, the lady make more of the time talking and I would say at least 70% of the time if not more was associated with the product to choose from their Boots offer, and sell whatever you required for your eyes, just not kind of a good explanation of the test results itself, maybe because it was on NHS eligible check ups.

Staff members in the fragrance section were really rude and misbehaved with us. They have asked for return samples 1.2ml perfume as well when we returned one perfume out of four worth £92 each. He just started shouting and asking for the small black bag as well they have provided while purchasing. It was really a bad experience. No one wants to be treated like that ????

lovely floor staff and very tidy considering the foot traffic they get but the girl who served me on the till was so miserable, her customer service was just poor, as a teenage girl who also works in a busy retail shop we don?t continue a bad previous customer on to another. i wasn?t offered a bag, i was rudely told no when i asked if i could use my boots points (i get why now since i didn?t realised i didn?t have enough) but there was no reason too speak to any customer like that! her name was IQRA
