He spoke to a staff member—we believe his name is Bernard—who kindly agreed to hold them until closing at 9 PM. Thankfully, I managed to get there in time and found Bernard still working hard. True to his word, he had kept the boots for my son. Such a lovely guy!
It was disappointing, however, that no one else seemed interested in helping. Why do so many staff members often appear uninterested, frustrated, or disengaged with customers? I understand that, at times, customers can be difficult, but a little kindness and effort go a long way.”
