Terrible service, i gave my phone to this apple shop to fix months ago, paid £100 and i have kept going constantly to check when my phone has come and each time, no update, just ?oh your phone is still in the work house? i dont wanna hear that damn excuse. Its been said too many times, im tired of ur idiocy, fix up you weirdos. CS IF I KNEW YOU WERE LIKE THIS AND SUPPORTED GENOCIDE I WOULD OF NEVER GIVEN MY PHONE FOR YOU TO FIX. Shame on you.

Would be 5 stars if apple had a fair queuing system it is ridiculous running around asking for someone for 10 mins or so.But the once you get hold of someone the experience was great.

Avoid store at all costs. Was mis-sold a repair service at the Genius Bar for a cracked screen. Was told could get apple care+ after but was then told by the apple support a few days after the repair that my phone was in fact illegible. I went for the repair with the Apple Store because of Apple Care+. The phone service told me to call the store to sort out as they couldn?t themselves. Store can?t be reached and won?t call back. Store also let me wait for over 40 min despite an appointment booked and multiple attempts to get their attention without an apology. Ultimately spoke to manager at Apple phone service you told me I?d have to sue to get this sorted. Effectively this is mis-selling and I will pursue legal steps to claw back the monies spent on the repair.I thought at Apple you?d get a premium service for premium prices. How wrong I was.

Steven was very helpful!Had some issues plugging in my phone charger and he gladly gave my phone a polish. After the polish the charger fit perfectly!

My newish iPhone stopped working after an update. I took it to the Genius store and I was not disappointed at all. I couldn?t thank Amal in particular for sorting my problem out. Five hours later my phone was working perfectly. Thank you SO much to Amal and her colleagues. They cared so much and helped me through the whole process.

Worst experience ever. Had an appointment and when I went there they said I called up and cancelled the appointment which was stupid as if I did it then why did I went.I took my brand new phone to them which was stuck on apple logo. They refused to to fix it as they said it?s out of warranty where as according to the website and the advisor I spoke with over the phone confirmed me that the warranty starts when the phone is activated.They couldn?t understand the issue and told me that it?s the hardware problem and quoted me £389 plus vat. I took my phone to a repair shop and he changed the battery which costed me £20 and now the phone is working fine.Don?t get your devices fixed from them if they are charging.

Showing flase information about location. been walking around for 40 minutes and missed appointment for battery replacement. In store you walk to person they are useless, visited 4 staff members to get an information that they can not serve me as i missed appointment with 15 minutes. Useless staff, and just there to do sales. no good service. never gonna visit again. Do not follow website location please ask local person for direction to store if you visit first time.

Woah, I am just speechless. Before i write this review, i want you to know that the issue was very simple to solve. The staff in question needs in-house training on customer service and needs to be trained on how to solve basic apple issues.The staff who was serving my wife was so untrained that they couldn't figure out how to solve my problem instead of passing it to a more knowledgeable person she decided to switch the flip blame the customer then ask her out without solving the issue just because she was not trained i assume on solving basic laptop issues / queries. When my wife was frustrated with the service, they called her abusive.I reiterate, the wife didn't raise a voice, the wife didn't insult, she was frustrated because of how untrained the staff appeared in that occassion she couldnt solve the problem and lacked customer service skill. That staff needs a serious talk or given immediate training before approaching any more customer.I can't believe why some agent from apple on the phone provides better customer service than an actual staff on site. Then has to tell the staff on site to stop making excuses and actually do fix the issue just by connecting the laptop to an external display. That simple. I am not kidding you, and I speak as a manager, with previous experience as an assistant manager in the samasung store, that staff needs immediate training. It was a very poor service from those 2 girls.Luckily, the manager was able to take over the situation, and we could deal with someone who has actual customer service skills and basic technical skills, and that person solved our issue swiftly. This is how she was supposed to deal with it, not blaming the customer for her ignorance, respectfully.I will write a formal complain and the outcome will determine the update on this review and the ?Update: I received a prompt response from the store after a complaint. The response itself seemed very satisfying as it addressed all my points raised in my complaint.With that said, I changed my review to 4 stars and will be back in the future for awesome apple products.

I went into this store on November 21 between 3pm and 4pm to get a trade in price for my older iPhone 12 Pro Max after upgrading to 15 pro max. Awful store employees, they kept referring me to other colleagues and they refused to look at my device and give a value. I did not want to go online and do it. I wanted to do it in store. I will be lodging a complaint with apple about this. Disgusting!

I had an excellent experience in the Apple Store White City. I had many queries and Mohamed from Sweden was able to aid me in the process in Swedish and English as English is not my first language. He was natural in communicating and I will for sure come back for him.

Zero stars to the lady with braids at the pick up point. When I told her that I hadn?t brought my ID, she seemed pretty much annoyed and sighed, saying ?Ahhh WhY YoU DiDn?T BrInG YoUr ID?? and then leaning on the table. I considered addressing her manners at the moment but I thought perhaps she had a rough day so decided to let it slide. However when she spoke to her colleague to ask if she could give me the parcel without checking an ID, she sounded genuinely sweet. Yet once again she was really abrupt to me . Overall her behaviour was very impolite to customers. I saw another customer giving her a disapproving look due to her poor customer service. I?ve been purchasing apple products for a long time and have visited lots of stores worldwide, but this store showed me the lowest customer service.

terribly rude store manager! My iphone SE got wet from heavy RAIN (it was in my backpack) and black grid lines appeared on the display. The store manager said this should not happen in "a normal environment". When I asked him whether he was calling middle of England not a normal environment, he became really angry and unfriendly and refused to repair it.

During my Apple Store visit at Westfield White City, I had the fortunate experience of engaging with Casper, who exhibited exceptional kindness and patience in addressing my inquiries. Subsequently, I had the pleasure of meeting Cong, the technician, whose meticulous and friendly assistance in checking my phone made the visit exceptionally pleasant. The people at the store were very helpful and knowledgeable. The one star rating is for the process of a simple battery change which is ridiculous. £250 with a 12 day wait! During the 12 days, I can temporarily buy another laptop which was another complicated transaction. I walked away, got it done for £155 in 30 minutes in a local repair store. Apple, catch up with the real world.

What started off as a terrible experience, OTIS and AMAL absolutely smashed it out the park. They were attentive, sorted out my issues with my device giving me a replacement one and just overall completely turned it around for me. Great experience, will always use this store for all my Apple needs.
