When I came inside , I was welcomed by a worker who helped us with finding an item . She then left and started helping another customer saying that she was going to the back . I did not catch her name but I was dissatisfied with her behaviour. We then ask another person to help and he was very nice. I would not recommend coming here .

This store is very poor. Had an appointment but still waited 15 minutes for service. Told that my phone would be ready in an hour. Arrived back and waited 20 minutes and had to chase someone to get served.
This is very poor. There are plenty of staff. Three of them were standing talking behind me. None would help.

Customer service has been phenomenal, I had an issue with my MacBook and they fixed it right away. In my experience, Apple always provides 10/10 customer service and this store is no exception. This is the reason I am a customer, thanks again ?

Visited the Apple Store in White City after an issue with my device, and the team were quick to diagnose the problem. It was covered by the warranty, so they sorted it out on the spot with no fuss. Staff were helpful and efficient, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Had a wonderful and supportive experience. With the store closing in an hour, Kat was so genuinely helpful and reassuring in helping me purchase a new phone and ensuring it was all done correctly. Very professional and extremely kind staff.

Absolutely horrendous. Today Sunday 10 August. Had an appointment at 3:40 showed up there was a queue of people ( 2-3) by the time I got to the check in it was EXACTLY 3:51. The guy gave me the worst attitude, didn?t even try , although the grace period to check in is 15 mins per the website. A day and trip wasted. Absolutely NEVER coming to the store again.

Dear Sirs, I congratulate you have fantastic 2 member of staff Mikael and Irfan has an excellent communication/ interaction skills. They both are good listeners, polite and courteously served me. Especially Irfan is very patient with customer, explained all the issues pros and cons. Irfan is extremely knowledgeable, professional, looks at the problem as a whole, holistically.

I take my macbook air for repair in apple Westfield as it's not charging and after a week of waiting they returned it to me still not charging they give me a new quote they say it needs more things to be fixed why you didn't tell me from the beginning in the day when i take it to you the correct quote for it to be fixed you must be more professional in identifying the correct problem of the macbook when the client come for repair tell clients from the beginning the correct quote not each time you telling me new things about my macbook repair and also the price of fixing is so expensive I will buy a new one better god will take my right ???? ???? ???? ?????? ???? thank god i was able to get back my data back again at least as my songs already on streaming platforms so thank god i was able to download them on my new macbook thank god my data is safe

Briliant service, I lost my phone and they helped me to manage my account and find my phone location, really helped me, otherwise I didn't have any apple care + to get a replacement, and would have to buy a new one, but this guys helped me and didn't allow me to spend a penny. Really helpful.

Consistently the rudest and most unhelpful customer service! Maybe hire people with great interpersonal skills (good would be an improvement) or train them how to interact with customers!?
