Absolutely terrible and rude staff. I'm posting this on behalf of my mum who shops here A LOT and will never be coming back after being treated horribly by the staff. Whoever runs this place should be embarrassed.

We bought a leather jacket for our granddaughter in February. In March she had an accident and tore the jacket quite badly. So impressed with the free repair service offered. We had to take it into a London store to find out if it could be repaired and they sent a photograph off to see if it was possible. Shame we could not send a photograph direct, or our local store send one, as it meant a 7 hour round trip just to find out if it could be repaired. Joe, in the White City store was amazing, so helpful. The jacket was repaired FOC, thank you so much. We would have happily paid for it to be returned but the policy is to send it back to the shop, so another 7 hour round trip to collect it. Despite all the travel, we are very grateful.

Awful Quality ? Completely Let Down by AllSaints
I bought the sugar brown Mabel coat from AllSaints as a birthday treat to myself, expecting great quality and longevity. Instead, it started pilling almost immediately. Within a few wears, it looked worn, shabby, and cheap.
When I raised the issue, customer service admitted pilling was happening?but rather than taking responsibility, they told me how to fix it myself. I didn?t spend this much money to sit with a de-pilling comb every time I wear a coat.
For a so-called premium brand, this was incredibly disappointing. The coat is now unwearable, and AllSaints refused to offer a refund. I won?t be shopping here again, and I wouldn?t recommend it to anyone who values quality or good customer care.

I have been today at the Westfield (white city) buying for my birthday a gift and been there regular customer for so many years , love this brand and support. today was a disappointing experience as the manager named (if I remember well John ) was unprofessional and indifferent, with an inferior look in his eyes not caring enough for my birthday discount that I was asking if I was able to have. He refused and he just left .I bought the top but Makes me feel not to want to buy stuff anymore from this brand.

I was quite disappointed with my experience at this high-end, well-known store. Despite its reputation and premium prices, the cashier?s attitude left much to be desired. She was visibly rude and unpleasant which made the entire shopping experience uncomfortable.
Her bad mood and unprofessional behavior nearly made me walk away from the purchase altogether. For a store of this caliber, I expected far better customer service. This encounter certainly tarnished the otherwise luxurious image of the brand. I don?t asked her name, but it was the tall and blond lady with short hair

Inappropriate and unprofessional female staff in westfield. I have been in a few times with my partner and our baby and its fine but whenever my partner goes alone, female staff members are inappropriate. How is staying in the changing room with a customer and asking if he likes her outfit and if it suits her appropriate?! This is just the most recent example. They are unprofessional and desperate

Could not be happier with the service. Diana went the extra mile to find exactly what I was looking for. I struggled to find the perfect dress at so many other shops, went to All Saints, and walked away extremely relieved I had found the perfect dress. I told her exactly what I was looking for and she came with so many options suited to my body time, she listened and was so helpful. Thank you Diana!
