They NEVER answer the phones, I desperately needed to change an order for the truck I had to drive 45min to the store, i even tried calling while I was in the store, I hear the phone ringing they hear & know its ringing infront of them & simply let it ring, sick place, they don't even have The decency to help you out when asking for a product. They will just tell you somewhere down there, they wouldn't come & show you were it is, there's hardly anyone in store to help you besides by the tills.

Terrible customer service we ask for help at the shopfloor The man was very miserable and aggressive and then we bought some stuff We wanted to tell the guy at the till he was on his phone while he was serving us He was so aggressive I know it Tottenham ghetto, but still, it will be appreciated. If the manager put some effort to train their stuff

I called this store today and spoke to a very polite young Lady called Trinity, she was very helpful, and gave us in site to what drills she had in store, but only had one left in the make we wanted, I said I'll be to her with in half an hour, and when we got to the store, this young Lady had very kindly put it aside for us, she was so polite, lovely kind smile, and her Customer Service was exceptional. This is a BIG Thank you to you Trinity.

His knowledge, friendly demeanor, and willingness to help made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The wide range of high-quality products available at Wickes impressed me greatly. Ordered shelves online to arrive by Friday. They're not here and Wickes will not reply to messages or pick up the phone. I had a carpenter booked in to trim and fit the shelves to size so have let him down too. I have no idea when the shelves are being delivered so I don't know if anyone will be in to receive the shelves. I would never order anything online from Wickes again. Really not good enough. I would definitely try any other competitor before Wickes next time.

They advertise kitchens and bathrooms fitted in 10 days by their qualified staff. It's not the case. We have had random Cowboys in our house for over nine months and ended up with an unfinished kitchen a horrible bathroom and many house damages to repair. Such a huge scam!!!!

Your parking facility is a joke! I over stayed by 12minutes which could have been avoided if your staff were more prompt! Now I'm having to pay a £60fine! I could not imagine a better way to loose custom! 60mins is sometimes not enough if your planning a kitchen refit, you should know this!

The customer service here was horrible, made me wait 2 weeks for delivery and the delivery drivers failed to communicate when the delivery will be brought in. Cost my family 1 week off work as well as the renovating team in our house. This is a serious issue. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

Why pay £7 for next day delivery only to find out your items won't be with you for another 4 days. I do no recommend online shopping at wicks.

I went to Wickes to look for some screws , I couldn?t find the ones I needed so I asked a member of staff for help. This member of staff told me to look myself and continued to huff and roll his eyes at me when I told him I had looked already. Very unprofessional, Wickes need to do better.

I'll be honest, this Wickes branch is completely hit and miss and I've had more bad experiences than good, but lately the ladies on the checkout have provided great customer service and the 5* go to Henry who helped me with my compost Click and Collect (he wheeled it out of the shop and loaded it in my car.) I didn't even need to ask, he offered with a smile on his face. More Henrys at Wickes pls!
