The wosrt service ever from screwfix, they're having manager that instead of trying to sell items it's sending the costumers next door to buy, with his rude attitude. Not the right man for the job, even worse a manager for this kind of business.

Staff are always pleasant and helpful. This morning I walked in on a conversation about coffee and I asked oh, can I have one too and was told they don't have takeaway cups. I had my own in the car and they made me a cup of coffee...what gems ? oh and they had my everything on my order!
