At 17.20 of today of the 28/05/24 the Indian man at the till has appalling customers service.
He couldn?t care less about costumers and also rude.

Only if I could give 0 stars! The guy at the till Sandi he is very rude and disrespectful. The till overcharged and we asked for a refund. He refused to give full refund. There was a language barrier and I was on the phone to him to explain as he was still refusing to help. This is absolutely humiliating and embarrassing for my mother ! He was denying although I was on the phone and heard every conversation!

I would like to say the staff besa at Poundland is such a lovely woman she helped me find my items as I am old and couldn?t see properly. I do appreciate that we still have employees like her.
