This place is a dive.The staff (2) couldn?t care less about customers. There is 1 that won?t say please or thank you. He is rude also. Basic things you would expect is please & thanks. I absolutely detest having to come in here.

Excellent service went here on Saturday morning recently. Staff were professional and very helpful. Was in and out in no time.Would definitely go back.

Please avoid unless you want to waste 1 hour of your life and potentially be racially abused.I queued for 40 minutes just to be told the Evri line was elsewhere; No sign or posters to indicate thisThe lady with the short blonde hair was very nice about it so I politely left; I wasn?t annoyed because I expected to spend a bit of time as it is the post office after all.There were only two people on the queue when I arrived and I was kindly let to the front by a lovely lady as I explained to her that my phone was on 6% and I was without a charger.Upon getting to the counter, I was met by this rude, potentially racist individual at the counter who kept letting his possible friends first.I told this man that these people were not on the queue and explained that we had all been waiting to be served for a while. I also explained that I usually wouldn?t care but my phone could die any minute meaning I would not be able to collect my parcelHe did not care and blatantly said so. He ushered these two people forward and spoke to them in a language they all understood. At one point they reverted to English and one even started to negotiate discounts for a document she was paying for; I believe there may be fraud going on.In came a polite young man who joined the back of the queue quietly. We were all waiting for him to finish the 5 minute conversation he was having when he started shouting at the young man for no reason. He told him to join another queue but the gentlemen knew he was in the right queue as he is a local.We were all astonished ! During this regretful encounter, He was extremely rude to atleast 3 Black or Mixed Individuals whilst I was there.I expressed my frustration at the preferential treatment going on and he started shouting again at the queue.When I eventually got to the front, I gave him my ID which he didn?t collect so I put it on the table. He then looked at my ID and flung it back at me ??Everyone was so shocked !Ofcourse when he returned I had my video on and he knew not to repeat such an egregious act.This occurred 5 minutes ago at approx 4:15pm.I have never used this post office for collection and will endeavour never to ever again !In summary:- Despicable, unacceptable behaviour from a potentially racist staff member- Poor organisation, layout and structure- No signs to differentiate the counters- A waste of time and a Huge HUGE mess

I went there to post a large package, I hauled it in for ages, barely able to hold it because it was so heavy and as I entered the lady who greeted us was very patronising, asking if I understood in a very degrading way, she also had an extreme attitude, huffing, puffing, muttering under her breath, she also offered no help to pack it.

Like any other post office lines can be long on a very busy day. However when seen staff deal my request promptly especially the manager.

Honestly all 3 staff had no clue how to renew driving licence they handed me D1 form, I went to Hoxton it took 7min assiant took a photo and took my licence paid 21.50 done

I visited this branch for the first time last week. Both staff members were lovely, especially Alisha who went out her way to assist me. A pleasant and welcoming experience, excellent customer service and friendly staff.

I've been in the uk for 20 years and i've never had this type of customer service before, every time i enter the post office i get greeted by Sentha and Arife and they always greet me with a smile and they treat me in a professional manner. All im saying is you are very lucky to have Sentha and Arife working there and i'm very happy with the customer service, ill always be coming here.

The only post office I choose to use for the past 5 years due to their wonderful staff. These amazing ladies are always happy to help and greet their customers with a warm smile.Always a lovely experience and would highly recommend them ?

A lengthy queue but nothing unusual for any of the other local branches. The service I received however, was particularly good. I had a large number of items to be shipped and Alisha(member of counter staff)was extremely patient and efficient. Unfortunately the same could not be said about two unnecessarily hostile customers, who felt that queuing was beyond them and rudely tried to jump ahead of several other customers. The abuse that people in the service industry have to endure on a daily basis at the hands of an uncouth few, must only compound what seems to be a stressful/busy role. A+ for patience and customer service from Alisha and the team.

Unfortunately this place started having long queues always due to having one person working at peak times. They put two people to work at less busy periods, which is puzzling. Having one person working on Saturdays makes the waiting time as long as 20-25 mins.
