A gentleman called Harris helped me today Very professional. Had a fault on my 02 phone today and he guided me through how to fix my problem. Called 02 direct and also online chat before calling Harris No help there at all. Only untill I called 02 Tottenham my problem was solved. I have a few contracts with 02.

A cell phone store like everyone else, just a shame they don't sell devices there without a line, and a commitment, I wanted to buy a new iPhone 14 instead, without contact, they don't sell too bad

Staff at branch aim to do the bare minimum to help visiting customers. Visited On 12.11.2022 around 5pm the two Turkish male staff refused to assist me the moment I walked into the store. I was told the phone lines were down to call 02 Customer service. I knew they were lying, the phone line started ringing then laughed in myface. I walked out and decided to never go to the store in Tottenham again. Disgusting lazy human beings.

The girl with them huge fake lips was RUDE!!!! I asked her what the difference was between the iPhone 12 and 13 pro and she said "you could just Google it, you didn't need to come into the shop".In my response I then said "well I could and did do that but you can't get a feel of what the phone is actually like over Google". She then said bitterly "Well the 12 is discontinued so we don't have it"I was then stared at by her as I was looking at the iPhone 13pro literally for the full duration. Made to feel extremely uncomfortable and uneasy by her. Not what I expect from such a nationwide company. Extremely poor show.

After speaking with o2 customer services and going through 4 ?advisers? about transferring my eSim I was told I needed to go into store. Decided to go Tottenham Hale and I was ?served? by a lady. Didn?t catch her name. She was rude, unhelpful and pretty much shouting at me. Needless to say I got up and left. Went to Gallions reach and they did my eSim swap in 30 seconds - far quicker than the time it took this lady to be a c*w to me.
