Having recently moved abroad, leaving my parents behind I hunted for a service that could replace me having to run to the store for them, I found that Good Health Pharmacy provide a repeat delivery service so I thought to give it a try. My parents have let me know that the service is A1, easy and reliable - even more reliable than me my mum says! They are excellent here and we have never had any hiccups! Highly recommend!

Apart from messing up their opening times for vaccinations (letting you book a time when they are actuallyclosed), I have used them for repeat prescriptions and it's become super poor. You call your gp to request your prescription then you might receive it the same day or never - there is ZERO communication when you would receive it.I just changed my nominated pharmacy to somewhere else but received a hyper fast voice mail which I had to listen to 6 times to get who was calling and why - asked me to call for a repeat prescription- since when? Last time my delivery was 10 days late as apparently I wasn't there? Remember at no stage was I informed it was on its way or I had even a missed call from a courier. Such a ridiculous business model.Do not recommend.I have also never received a receipt in 4 years.Update: I have been a customer and I do not mistake the pharmacy. I value my privacy so this is not my real name. I get my prescription every two months and pay via bank transfer you will understand my online name once you realise which customer I was.

Highly Recommended this walk in clinic. I went to get my booster this afternoon and no one waiting, straight in and out. Staff were so friendly and accommodating.The Male pharmacist who gave me the vaccine was very professional, kind and helpful and I didn't feel a thing. Great vaccination clinic ?

hour and a half of waiting for my vacinnation, even though I had and appointment and I was half an hour early, prioritised a walk in over me, ended up walking out. absolute shambles and disorganised.

Opening times are incorrect, they are NOT open on Sundays. I arrived here and called but they said they wouldn?t change it, made some excuse and hung up on me. Wasted an hour of my life. Do not use!

Very rude lady that opened the door. Booked an appointment online for a covid test at 8am. Doors were not open at 8:15 so I rang the bell. A very rude lady opened. No manners at all and pharmacist is only in at 9am. Don?t give the option of booking a test at 8am if you will not open the doors on time and there is no pharmacist or person to give the vaccine in at that time. When opening the door, speak politely. You chose the job so should have good customer service skills.

I live in Crouch End and after booking to get my vaccine (NHS site informed me that was the closest centre I had), traveling there and waiting a long time to be attended, I was told I could not get the vaccine because they run out of AstraZeneca and that I should have received a text or an email. Well, I didn't... do they completely wasted my time.

I would like to acknowledge the kindness, professional competence and sensitivity of the pharmacists here. I went to get my Covid-19 vaccine and was nervous for it and the staff answered all my questions and responded kindly to my questions about the jab, and I felt well-looked. I can't speak highly enough of a wonderful staff who made me feel so safe and comfortable in. Thank you!

Got my booster this morning as a walk in after my appointment was cancelled. The team are dealing with a very busy queue calmly and warmly. Thank you.If you're heading there, suggest getting there as early as possible. There are two vaccinators and they've got a slick process to get through everyone as quickly as possible, but the queue is getting very long.

Booked in for a booster. There was a MASSIVE queue when I turned up as they were running 1hr30 mins behind appointment times. Not to mention the other massive queue of walk in appointments. Really hard to find out what was going on. The woman on the door was unfriendly and unhelpful. Absolute shambles. As I was waiting I booked in somewhere else tomorrow.Don?t offer a service you can?t run. People are taking time off work!!!
