Didn?t catch the employee?s name but he was so helpful and kind. Helped me locate my misplaced AirPods that I?d accidentally added to the tech recycling. Thank you!

Bella at the tottenham hale branch was so lovely and helpful to us, Her warm attitude and helpful advice made our visit so much easier and more enjoyable. It's rare to come across such genuine and caring customer service, i hope she gets praised and rewarded ?

Bad staff at the store I want to buy something I was told to wait somebody will come. I waited 30 minutes asked another Staff he said you just have to wait here and still nobody came even after 15 minutes. I wasted full hour. It?s like all the staff in this store are zombies. I was the only person other people were all discussing the same thing very poor service They should sack the manager

Very, very rude floor staff Nobody is willing to help you simply just get passed around from Staff to Staff. I would?ve spent about 3 1/2 thousand pound in this store. They lost a customer for good. I can only blame the manager. It?s bad management. They should act on reviews as I can see previously people have had the same thing.

Some male customer service staff treats female customers in a contemptuous manner. Other male staff try to force the most expensive product, they are not able to listen to what the customer is looking for, what they want to ask. One of the men in this store treats men as better customers, favors them. For a man, the same product I asked about was available, and because of my gender they told me that they do not have any of this product (they lied to me). I do not recommend this store to women because for your safety when shopping it is better to avoid male employees of this store, because they show a misogynistic attitude towards female customers. I advise women to ask a woman working in customer service because she has a good approach to customers and shows concern for what the customer needs.
I once did work for them through another company and there was a problem on their part with paying the company's wages, so cooperation with them also in professional matters is very difficult. (not directly related to the situation) but I consider it important for future.

Customer service was too poor at your Tottenham Hale brunch. There were 2 floors. On the ground floor there were 7-8 employees including the managers and only 1 assistant on the first floor. Waited 10-15 minutes upstairs to ask questions to your assistant while 4 of your employees were having a chat downstairs about their life, which has nothing to do with work. Went back downstairs and interrupted the ?random? conversation of your staff and asked them where they keep the fans and the reply was ?they are over there? by the staff who looked like the manager or supervisor then he carried on talking the other staff about their salaries and cost of living. We picked up 2 fans which were placed infront of the till area/customer service desk. We jumped on the queue to pay. There was 2 employees serving per till (I really don?t know why? Might be training new staff) on two tills so there were 4 member of staff behind the till. For some reason they served 2 seperate customers there for 15 minutes. We just waited in the queue. Then the manager joined them behind the desk and he didn?t do anything. Instead the lady at the till were asking for bonuses on her salary and they were laughing about it. We were called to one of the tills eventually just to find out there are no bags available. I never had this kind of experience in any of the Curry?s before. If you decide to look into all of this, date was 28/06/25 and time was between 6-7pm.
