Actually very disappointed with how greedy Currys has become!Visited a couplemof days ago and i was genuinely surprise by what they put by the entrance.An Ex display fridge that was broken and full part missing (water dispenser)The fridge was bit up and they put a sign that it must go ASAP as it was a perfect offer and guess what, the discount was only £50 from £1660 to £1610????Is that a joke , a broken fridge that the same one brand new cost £1400 online.They also did the same for another fridge and washing machine.Currys should not even sell such products or at least give them away for free for whoever is in need but selling broken products at a premium price is bad and show greed.I invite everyone to go and check!Shame

Store manager Rob was rude totally unprofessional went to buy x box controller 2 he?s saying only buy 1 online limit 5 each customer never going to that Tottenham Hale retail store head office please take notice manager means he can?t make their own rules should be following company rules

Went in to purchase a TV had to wait over 30 minutes to be served only one person serving 6 people others were just waking around doing nothing when asked them to help was told someone will come to help, service was very poor if I did not need the TV I would have walked out.

Absolutely terrible service in Computer section the staff haven?t got a clue what?s going on or what?s flying. I wanted to simply buy computer and got passed around four times and all four times no other clue what?s going on just kept saying you?ll have to wait for somebody in the computer section. I want a half wasted

I recently visited this store in Tottenham Hale with the intention of purchasing a Samsung Watch6. While I appreciate the convenience of online availability, my experience in store was less than satisfactory. The service I received from Jakub, a staff member, was notably lacking. His demeanor was distant, displaying little to no engagement. Despite his assurance that the watch could be ordered online from the store, the transaction did not go as smoothly as expected. After providing my card details and having Jakub process the order, I was informed of a supposed "system error" leading to its cancellation.To add to the inconvenience, the amount was deducted from my account, only complicating matters further. When I sought clarification and assistance the next day, Robbie, whom I believe holds a managerial position, has this two black line tattoos on his hand was notably dismissive and unhelpful.The collective actions of Jakub and Robbie not only led to an unfulfilled purchase but also raised significant concerns regarding the integrity of the transaction. I strongly believe that such lapses in service and communication are detrimental to your store's reputation.Overall, my experience with Jakub and Robbie has left me hesitant about future interactions at Tottenham Hale Curry's. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement in customer service and transactional processes.

Great place to shop if you get a kick out of being ignored. I tried to grab a member of staff for around 20 minutes but a couple of them were too busy having a chinwag with their literal friends on the shop floor.I had a small item I went to purchase, the older lady who served me was lovely but I do want to mention the supervisor/manager (I assume he was) this older bald guy with the two band tattoos on his arm.I mention him because of the way he was speaking to the staff member in front of customers. He was complaining about something in a condescending way. He tried to mutter it to her quietly but I could hear everything. He came across as one of *those* managers/supervisors who lets their authority get to their heads and end up poorly managing staff as a result. Definitely on a power trip.Next time, if you've an issue with staff - take that up with them in a meeting, not on the shop floor in front of the customers; makes you look like a terrible manager who bullies/patronises/mistreats staff because of your position of authority. As for the older lady who served me, she has served me before at this branch and her service has always been great.To the manager/supervisor guy - tweak your management style and treat staff with more respect. You're in the same store as other staff, just different sets of responsibilities and different pay as a result. Doesn't give you a pass to talk to others in a demeaning way. Don't let it get to your head mate.

the worst customer service imaginable. the staff pretends not to see the customers. I went to ask if someone could help me choose a tablet, but unfortunately I didn't get any help. avoid this store.

Workers come across as they dont want to be there. Had to wait over 10 minutes to get a staff member to assist. Then he was not knowledgeable so passed me onto some else.

Don?t go there people because this guys are very lazy , today I have been there ask for so much help and no one want to helps us , I spoke to four different people and they always said that their friend would help, finally I got nervous about the lack of service and quality I spoke loudly to them that I needed help and called them lazy then they came to me and said to ignore me that I spoke loudly, for me I was ignored the whole time, first thing in the morning there were no 3.4 customers and many lazy servers, don't waste your time going there, poor quality service

Came to shop today with my mother to buy an IPad but was unsure which one I?d go for. The sales assistant Abdullaahi was extremely helpful and explained all the different choices and which ones would suit our needs the best. He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything needed. Great service and very happy with the purchase.

25 minutes on the shop floor and I was left questioning if I was a ghost, or had somehow become invisible. The staff on the floor didn't even look at me, never mind talk to me. Hovering around the washing machines waiting for help while they all looked in other directions. When I finally asked someone for help she said "you'll just have to wait" (a very rude, very young girl).I've just bought a house in Finsbury Park and I was there to shop for all white furnishings... and instead I have left in the knowledge that I will never give business to these people again.If you're reading this review wondering if you should shop at Currys - you shouldn't. Everything I went there to get I have found from other outlets, for cheaper. And with none of the rage I felt when leaving that place yesterday.

Fantastic customer service at this store - I was one of only two people waiting for the Help Desk and another staff member came over from the floor to offer their aid. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional and made an awkward transaction a breeze! Many thanks!

Conard Is very polite and helpful. However, the manager with two black lines tattoo on his hand - has an arrogant attitude and discriminatory behaviour. This is called managerial misbehaviour - he makes people feel unwelcome. Instead of helping customers for providing faulty TV to resolve the issue, he is accusing them in a rude manners. A total misbehaviour!
