“In the morning there is a Chinese old lady working at the self checkout tills, she greets every single customer when they come and go, she is so friendly and helpful. All the other staff members I've encountered were very friendly and helpful too. The shop is well stocked all the time, tidy and clean. I can't think of anything bad except when the Costa express machine is not working.”
