Unbelievably rude staff. Just witnessed them to tell a man who didn?t know the store was closed to ?GET OUT NOW BECAUSE THIS STORE IS CLOSED? didn?t even give him a chance to speak. Understand the store was closing and they can?t wait to get rid of customers to go home but no need to be that rude to someone, he barely said a word to them because those two women were shouting over him to ?get out?. That were their words. Disgusting behaviour. They clearly need to learn basic manners and need a lesson in proper customer care. Perhaps retrain all staff in this branch because it doesn?t seem like an isolated incident. Wouldn?t let me give zero stars.

The store isn't quite big and at the time of my visit was fully packed, downstairs it's a home section and upstairs clothes, I did not like the layout upstairs I had a feeling of a second hand clothes shop and I would rate this store 4 stars but, at the checkout I meet incredible lady I have forgotten her name I just remember she has disability she did show extremely good and friendly customer service that's why I am giving the store 5 stars.

The shop often has some great deals, always good to check but the queues at peak times are horrendous - right to the back of the store.

Not as much homeware stock as I would have expected for the size and school clothing section was a massive mess.

Very rude, judgmental staff, making silly comments about customers to the customers.My recommendation for this falling and not-so-smart team: before you point/discriminate/judge someone, look at yourself in the mirror because you are far away from perfection.?

I like it here as it has everything in one place which makes shopping so much easier. Only thing I would say is their isn't enough cashiers which makes the cue super long. Apart from that the store is clean, fully stocked, tidy and the staff are super friendly.

Didn't have what I was looking for, so settled. Queue was awful. Lots of customers waiting and only two staff who were busy dealing with tricky customers, and no one to help them. Would have walked out if I hadn't needed what I went for.

The security from Asda told my 8 months pregnant wife and my son to move from the chair because they were not allow to used while I was in the queuing to pay my products they were tired because we were shopping for a while and when I told him why did he move my wife from the chair he answer was rude and I told him off so his reaction was worse and his colleague got in the middle other wise we were about to fight and I told him that he needs to respect women?s and don?t treat customers like that.He refuse to give me his name so I took pictures of him and I hope he gets what he deserve because he has no manners and no respect for members of public.
