Nice service but flower arrangement was a lot smaller than I was expecting for the price I paid. Style was also quite dated and not very contemporary.

I gave such short notice and they delivered a lovely bouquet of flowers the same to my angry wife, as I had upset her again coming home late from a boys night out. Put a smile on her face, no longer angry, so when I upset her again, I will definitely be ordering from World of Flowers. Thank you so much

My boyfriend purchased me roses around a week ago, he spend £100 for roses and a teddy bear. The teddy bear is very small and the roses died within a few days. Very disappointed.

Really disappointed. Flowers purchased for me by my father in law for my birthday. Purchased Saturday and when I received them they didn't look fresh. By Monday, soggy stems, black spots on leaves and wilted Flowers. I've saved what I can but not worth the money! 3 days is a poor result, to me they arrived off and of course I couldn't comment as they were a gift.

We have used World of Flowers several times in the past and the quality and service has always been excellent. Recently my mother and I visited them to order some posies for her brother's funeral, and the ladies were very compassionate and helpful. They went through their catalogue with us to pick out suitable arrangements, and helped us modify them so that they were more personal. When we didn't like the selection of 'Brother' and 'Uncle' cards they had in stock they ordered some different ones in for delivery the next day, and even gave us spares for drafts when we collected them. They were so helpful and patient when I asked to modify my posey again over the phone, and when I saw it for the first time at the crematorium (they had had the flowers delivered to the funeral home at our request) I was so thrilled with the result; I felt like it really represented me and my siblings and what we wanted. My Mum and Dad's posey was gorgeous too, both bunches were so full of perfect flowers and beautiful greenery. We were all so happy with them, and they're still looking lovely nearly a week on.Thank you very much for your kind words and fantastic service, it really helped to take some of the pressure off of the day.

Friendly staff and nice arrangements but the flowers do not last very long at all, this is speaking from experience on the last 3 or 4 bunches I have bought from here. More recently i spent £45 on some valentines day flowers for them to be thrown away after 4 or 5 days.

My sister and I were looking for flowers for my mothers funeral which was to be held on Tuesday 4th January. Unfortunately it was the day after the bank holiday and most of the florists were still closed.
We asked the lovely ladies at world of flowers if they could help and thankfully they could. Lena went in on her day off especially to do our flowers, going above and beyond to help us.
We cannot thank them enough, even though flowers were difficult to come by at this time of year the ladies managed to create the most beautiful and stunning arrangement for our mums casket and a basket arrangement to go with it.
Amazing service for which we are deeply grateful.

Every time I come into this shop I?m made to feel very welcome. The ladies who work in there are super friendly and are experts in their field. The manager recently decorated the shop with a beautiful blossom tree which enhances the ambiance. The shop not only sells flowers but also chocolates, cards, candles etc to make the perfect gift. This is the best flower shop I?ve been in and the World of Flowers shop and staff are a real asset to the local community.

Not one to leave reviews however my experience at this florist really annoyed me. I decided to support one of my local business's this year for Mother's day and not buy a cheaper alternative at a supermarket. My issue is not with the quality of the flowers as they were lovely. My issue is with what was advertised on their website to what I actually got. (photos uploaded) I paid £38 for effectively two roses and some greenery to fill this hat box out. The photo on their website had a lot more flowers and is a lot larger than what I received. I questioned phoning to complain because I was already disappointed. I called when I got home and one of the ladies told me to bring it back and they would add some more flowers. When I arrived at the shop the florist couldn't seem to understand my complaint and made me feel like I was complaining for nothing. Asking me questions like, what flowers would I like in there to be in there? and announcing that now have more flowers than I should. Bottom line was is, I wanted what I paid for and I felt very uncomfortable explaining that as it seems they didn't see a problem. As I said, the lady did add some more flowers but I still don't think it was acceptable. I really do not like the feeling when you don't get what you pay for. It is very frustrating.

Super friendly and helpful team. Very accommodating and will do their best to help you in any situation. Have ordered from them a few times and flowers are absolutely stunning, very fresh and last ages. Highly recommend.
