I LAST CAME IN HERE IN 1995 IN WINTER AND THERE WAS SNOW ON THE GROUND AND PARKING WAS BAD SINCE THEN I'VE MOVED FROM THE AREA I CAME BACK FOR TWO WEEKS TO VISIT MY MATE JOHNNY ARKWRIGHT THE SHOP LOOKED SCRUFFY AND TATTY AND I FOUND THE BOOKS IN A POOR STATE NOT MUCH CHOICE AND I'M NOT IMPRESSED THE CARPET WAS DIRTY

I came here to exchange sodastream canisters. This place is listed on the website as one of the places you can exchange your canisters for new ones. Staff was rude and unhelpful saying they were “not aware of any exchange program”

Well, this WHSmith is so wonderful the customer service here was absolutely wonderful when I was there really lovely lady was really great serving me and my girlfriend. The experience was just absolutely out of this world. We love this WHSmith every time we’re here. We always feel loved and welcome in ☺️
