Very nice staff and equally pleasant clientele. His Majesty and Queen Camilla often stop here on their way from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle to pick up a pork pie and a bottle of 7up for the journey. I will always pop in if I?m in Ruislip.

I have to say, unfortunately, this is not the same customer service I would have expected from the Waitrose (or John Lewis for that matter) a long time ago. The customer service is long gone. If it was not because of the Duchy organic range products, and the fact that our local M&S closed a few years ago, I would have stopped going to this store for my daily/weekly shopping. There are only two descent ladies in this store, who work hard and are polite to customers. Unfortunately, I have not received the same service from others in the last 10 years that I have been shopping in this store. I had a coffee yesterday with my waitrose with my transaction which was ok. Then I used my wife's waitrose card to get her coffee with another transaction as she was waiting in the car park in our car due to her illness as she has MS (Multiple Sclerosis). I was then confronted with a lady at customer-so-called-service that I did wrong. I did not like this at all and I mentioned to her that I did two transactions with two separate cards so what the issue was. As I was not convinced I called the head office this morning, explained the situation and they apologised and asked me to provide the store details which I refused as I do not want to cause any issue for anyone working hard for their money. But my advise to those people working at Waitrose is to concentrate on their duty of work which is providing first-class customer service otherwise, I can go and shop in other stores for fraction of money and still get a descent service from them.Am sorry but I have not received good experiences throughout the year but this incident really made me angry which meant I had no choice but to call the head office.

I took my Father in law for a Ruislip Waitrose shop. A lady at the desk fetched a wheelchair friendly shopping trolley and the lady at the till was very kind and helpful - Sushi Shah recognising that he was elderly and she took her time, offered him a magazine and helped with packing.

Went to pick up an order. Quite confusing the queue. Staff proper stressed out. No welcoming or smile . So niot a great experience. If I order again I will choose a different pickup point.

Great selection , good fruit and veg. Self checkouts can be tricky . I was charged 102 pounds for two fresh fish ! This was an issue on the fish counter , and I was refunded .

This is my local and I mostly come here for my shopping needs. The only thing I would suggest is you should get at least half an hour free parking and it will be good to see maybe a couple more people on the tills.

Heard Waitrose was posh n all so payed this one a visit. Toilets were not great. Mens urinals poor design makes you splash everywhere. Shop looked old and tatty. So much for posh shopping.

This store has really gone downhill ? it used to be a much more lively place but now almost everyone that works there looks like they don?t want to be there . With the exception of the lovely Indian ladies that work at the til, everyone either looks incredibly miserable or is standing around gossiping about the customers that come in to shop which I find extremely rude and makes me uncomfortable shopping there as a customer . What is more when I tried to return a box of raspberries that had mold in them I was told by a blond lady who didn?t seem to know what to do that they?d already be moldy by this point even though they had been purchased yesterday! Just ridiculous, this is a posh store why are you guys not checking to see that your fruit has mold in it?? And why even sell moldy fruit to begin with?! The only reason I choose to still shop there is because we unfortunately don?t have a car running at the moment and it is the only store convenient to us within walking distance ?otherwise I?d happily switch over to Marks and Spencer?s .

It's great to pick up parcels from amazon. It once worked smoothly. Another time, it didn't: I was neither asked for the security codes, nor were the pick-ups updated in the system, so I keep getting reminders. Instead, the lady in charge gave me a piece of her mind, telling me, not to ring the bell twice and that I should have told her right away that it is about an amazon parcel because they're handling so many (she didn't ask - I didn't know). Any attempts to reconcile were dismissed. It is not the best combination to tell others where they're allegedly wrong when you're not really on top of the game yourself. Amazon will now wait until it will be solved from their end as they can't update the order status from their side. Good luck sorting it out.

Nice store very helpful staffIf the parking wasn't controlled you wouldn't get a space as people using the tube would park there all day
