What an unpleasant experience we had today at this shop due to Tracy who was just rude and condescending.First of all she told off my 1 year old toddler to not to walk around shop door because it falsely increases footfall to her shop and secondly she was obsessed with where the hanger of t-shirt was when we were at the counter trying to pay for the t-shirt.We told her which area of the shop we got the t-shirt from and we did not know where the hanger was. She was huffing and puffing and making a fuss over a hanger and showing such behaviour to a customer.Was she expecting us to look for the hanger in the whole shop and give it to her? We were there to shop clothes, not hanger!!She needs a training on good customer service and reflect on how she speaks.

Very good quality tops I bought in December. At first I only went there as last minute buy but after using them they are much better. Definitely buying again .

Staff very helpful .Called in to get a fleece for a friend didn't have right size on the rail lady in the shop found one from the delivery that had just arrived .

Don't buy mens PG Field v neck jumpers because they bobble and look terrible within a few weeks. Shame because they look very nice when they are new.
