I was running 5-10 minutes late for my appointment. Called up ahead of time and was informed this would be ok.
Arrived at the store, sales person I spoke to said I was 12 mins late and so wouldn?t be seen.
If i was told this when I called to inform them I would be late would have not wasted my time.

This place has no customer service at all, had several months trial for contact lenses , finally ready to get subscription for monthly payment , which should have been a better value, as the optician told me it is £46 a month. They couldn?t finalise my lenses subscription and told me there was a problem, you had a wrong prescription, we can?t get what you need ,come back in 3 days, waiting 3 days came back , guess what , contact lenses worth£70 each eye. No apologies no one cares, it is what it is , can?t do subscription skim, and that?s it. I had to leave very disappointed, what a waste of time. Unbelievable, what an unprofessional place. Stay away.

I would like to express my appreciation for Jayna Groasia's excellent service. she was extremelly professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. she explained everything throughly and advised me to return the following week for an additional test o nmy eyes. Her assistance was greatly appreciated, and I was very impressed with her expertise and courteous manner.

Firstly don't expect to get through on the phone. After a wasted hour, getting to the front of the queue five times and having the shop hang up on me every time, I finally got through only to be told that undelivered contact lenses was not their problem and I had to sort it online. So, if you do order something make absolutely sure that the staff know exactly what you want as they will almost certainly make a mistake and get it wrong. Oh, and then make it sound like it's all to much bother to deal with. I will be looking for another opticians!
