They are great but they take really long and never answer the phone. I try to phone ahead of time so they prepare the prescriptions that get sent from my doctor and they just never answer. When I arrive they are not even aware the prescription has been sent, then when they find it on the system after looking they take ages to get it ready but there are so many staff members there at one time it really shouldn?t be this way.

Ive been on the weight injection mounjaro for 6 months now and have lost 5 stone or 35 kilo's. Im now a mear 13 stone 7lbs and feeling great. I have a lot more energy, taking regular excise and drinking plenty of water all this helped. Every month when i go to the pharmacy to collect my next injection the staff are full of praise and encouragment which helps a great deal. There's always someone there to speek too should you have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Mounjaro and Ruislip Manor Pharmacy

This pharmacy is part of the Pharmacy First Scheme, which is very useful when trying to avoid long waiting times to see a GP. Would highly recommend!

My mum has been having her ear suctioned by Yvonne as her ear was severely impacted by wax, which had caused hearing loss as well as jaw and neck pain and the results have been incredible. Yvonne put my mum at ease as she is so professional, caring and friendly, I can't thank her enough for giving my mum her hearing back and stopping her pain. I highly recommend seeing Yvonne for ear wax removal.

DO NOT GET YOUR EARS SUCTIONED HERE Took my father there as he had an appointment with the audiologist the following day. He showed us the ear drum photo of the left ear but not of the right & now I know why.
He complained to me when we left that it was the most painful he?d experienced (he had it done many times before) when we had the hospital appointment the next day, the audiologist asked where he?d had his ears suctioned as there was blood and looked very sore.
Needless to say we will NEVER go back.

Staff were extremely helpful when our granddaughter had earache. They were able to give her ear drops to help and offered to look in her ear if the pain had not subsided within 2-3 days. Overall the service was excellent.
