I recently visited your store and ordered an extra-large pizza, for which I paid £11.99. I live only three minutes away, so I expected the pizza to still be hot when I got home. Unfortunately, upon opening the box, I found that the pizza was not hot at all.
When we tried to eat it, the pizza?s texture was incredibly tough and rubbery?almost impossible to bite into. This completely spoiled our dinner, and I?m extremely disappointed with the quality of this order.
Given this experience, I will not be ordering from Pizza GoGo again.

Very bad customer service, the call handler I spoke to thinks they can only give good service to people with large orders. They don't understand customer is customer even if they spend £1. He said of he does anything extra for customers the manager will fire him and he will lose his job. Losing your job for good service, I heard it first time.

Good pizza, tasty and yummy. Sometimes they are busy and misplace order, but when you get the food it is good and clean. Nice staff as well.

Great value, consistent and fresh. Flaming torch is delicious. Even online delivery is very reasonably priced through their website. Fully halal as well!

We waited nearly 2hrs for our delivery, not good. Forget pizza go go, more like pizza late late. Will never order from here again.

Lovely place to just pop in and collect such nice, cheesy and fresh pizza. The other items on the menu are also really nice like the garlic bread, wedges and cookies.

They don't accept cards saying that the machine is broken, but that was several months ago. They write down the wrong order and They make no effort to treat the customer well.

Used to be decent, or maybe i had the bad idea to order on a monday, because what i got was a very bad pizza, with very dry ingredients, overcooked maybe or the ingredients were left outside for too long and got dehydrated. Anyway they weren't fresh by far.
Chicken wings were raw cooked, just ok for a beef steak, only i didnt ordered steak, and quite dangerous for health for chicken to be served like that. I am always give tips for the delivery guy, but i feel not ok for the money spent on the food i ordered, not to mention that after a busy manic monday food can become that little comfort thing that you need.
Delivery was ok, no issues there, friendly chaps on the phone, but too bad that doesnt extend in the quality of food.
Get it right with the food you are serving, or those reviews will not get any better, and competition is fierce, very easy to us to choose someone else.
