Ordered through uber eats, took over an hour for the order to arrive when I only ordered 2 pizzas and some dough balls! Zero communication from the restaurant or the manager in regards to the delay, and refused to cancel the order. The delivery driver was more help than the restaurant! Would not recommend, standards are clearly slipping.

My family and I are regulars here, we come every week, and have been for the past 10 years.
Our last visit was truly appalling. Filthy tables, incredibly hostile service, and cold food. We would?ve had a better experience at Mc Donald?s.
We shan?t be coming here again. Congratulations on losing an entire family of long standing and loyal customers ?

We went after a funeral of my best friends mother. It is supposed to be celiac safe. There was no special menu but the manager waived an allergy book at me but didn't let me check it. I was assured that the BBQ chicken pizza was "Fine and celiacs have this all the time" I was very sick for the next 2 days and in horrendous pain I have come to do d out that the BBQ sauce is NOT gluten free and the website confirms this. This woman poisoned me. Do not eat here if you have Celiac!

The server was very nice especially as we had 5 kids with us.
The GF pasta was very tasty and the portion was a bit small.
The room was a bit warm as well however I would definitely go back.

Generally the service is average, lovely atmosphere but service lets it down.
When asked if we could order for the kids first because we are waiting for friends to arrive they said no. We were told they can't manage the order load and apparently they get so many take away orders, if we order in two parts it will cause delays and issues. This is such a let down and we won't be visiting again for sure. It signals poor management of the restaurant and also they deprioritize customers in the restaurant vs online orders. Doesn't make much business sense whatsoever.
Advice:
1. If it's a big group ask if they wish to split the bill or pay together before taking orders This would save time and reduce confusion.
2. Showing flexibility and being attentive to your customers goes a long way.
3. Review the current design of your bill. It's so confusing and hard to understand. Many restaurants do it way better and less messy.
4. Kids menu when taking orders ask clearly if they wish to choose their dessert now or later. One of the kids parent didn't know and her child ended up with no dessert due to the slow service and confusion by staff. And to top it off she was charged for it even though she didn't have it.

Ordered from their website for delivery. Pizza arrived stone cold yet polenta chips were hot. Clearly they had made one before the other and the pizza was cold when picked up by the delivery driver who delivered it within 4 mins. Couldn?t have gotten cold in that time.
Customer service chat noted that there was a 17 minute delay in the items being ready and the items leaving the building yet the tracker showed the driver was waiting for those 17 mins.
Response from the restaurant was rude and response from customer service was useless- giving me policy without acknowledging anything and sorry they couldn?t help this time.
Money down the drain which is a lot of money, not to mention the disappointment of the food and the patronising service especially from the restaurant staff who were the first people I called.

All good, nice food. Service was a bit slow but they only had one poor lady on service who was doing everything, so I don't blame her in the slightest.

Been going there for years and have given them great reviews before, however last night me and my family were made to feel very unwelcome. Customer service has certainly gone down and the lady staff who brought our food was point blank rude and kept talking to her colleagues while pointing at us.
All we did was mentioned that our food was burnt. We didn?t even ask for another one. She says it?s meant to be like that otherwise it would be raw inside?!? We have had cannelloni before and it certainly not meant to be char burnt.
You can?t really enjoy your food when you are surrounded by such immature behaviour.

I was waiting to be served for ages - I don?t mind waiting but l felt completely ignored by the staff, no one acknowledged me and eventually I had to approach a staff member to get their attention, when I was finally served the staff member looked annoyed and disinterested, she then put my order through the till incorrectly so I wasn?t given a proper receipt.
Despite this, the food was very nice. I won't be returning in person ; I'll be ordering online instead and advise anyone else to do the same.

Don?t normally do chains but this was very good. Went especially for my coileac son, they now offer a new full size gluten free Romana pizza and get a 2nd for £2.95. Pizzas were excellent and had very good service on a busy Saturday night

Mohammed was excellent, he gave great service to my family and was very attentive. He has a great was of dealing with customers and is always cheerful. This made our visit very memorable. We enjoy coming here as the atmosphere is always pleasant to be in.
Kid-friendliness: Open place with plenty of seating.

Great visit unfortunately my 5 year old grandson felt ill so we had to leave half way through our meal, the staff assisted by boxing up the remainder of our pizzas to take with us.
