The manager, Mike, is a star. This branch has the same issues that every bank has, long queues etc., but he was incredibly friendly and could not have been more helpful. Thanks!

I have been with NatWest for many years and have always had good service from my Eastcote Branch.I mentioned to them on Thursday 09th of March when I was paying money into my account that I got married on the Sunday.To our Great Suprise we received a Hamper from them wishing My Wife and I congratulations in our Wedding.What a fantastic Lovely Gesture.Thank You Sio much to all of the Team at NATWEST EASTCOTE ??

I have been today in this bank to put cheque and pay my credit card minimum waiting outside under the rain one of the staff asked me what you want to do I told here about payment when I went to into bank the cashier told me you should use the machine we dont do at desk when I asked her why the other staff told me to wait more than 20 min she was very rude and I left the bank and Iwent to Ruislip branch but they did the service on desk . Went to deposit a cheque with my pregnant wife and found very unprofessional staff and service...there was no greetings at all...we stood up on the 2m sign by the door and straight from nowhere staff member said we have to wait outside... Which she could have said it nicely... I said I'm up on the sign that you have put it on and staff member said we have to wait outside which is fine but body language shows she is not happy at all.. there was no welcoming environment at all..she made us feel like it is our fault for way in and out whereas there were no staff member monitering it... They put the sign 2m sticker on and I cannot stand on it...very bitter experience and doesn't sound welcoming at all...very poor customer service.. we understand the current situation but deal the the customer as it supposed to be ..this is not the first time...it ruins a day seeing a service like this ..Deepak Raj Maharjan

My story and the reason for my 1 star to many, got in the bank went to the till ask her if I can have a sum of money from my bank account, told her the amount she ask me for the reason why do I need the money? emergency back home and I need to send money trough a person that is flying back home today, so I don't have to pay commission through western union or other money transfer services I borrowed some money on the day and transfer in my bank account, the lady at the till after I told her my reason she looked at me and ask me one more time the country that the money is going to end up. And she just said take my card out and trough my Id in that box at the counter and she gave me answer: because you didn't have this money in your account for 24 hours I can not give you nothing and she shouted next customer without me saying nothing.Phone NatWest costumer service, and they told me is probably NatWest branch policy and I've ask the lady if all the branches got different rules and procedures in place, and she told me to go back and ask the personal there to phone NatWest, but the lady at the till she already made her mind up that she not giving me nothing and told me she can not to that.Note. I know was Saturday but the staff working there should be a bitore tidy.I took a drive to Watford town center and the person from the till gave me the money without hassle.Please can you answer because oh is possible

Terrible branch, terrible service, always a long wait, often only one cashier serving. Appalling service.It's been like this for at least a couple of years now since NatWest in their wisdom closed just about every other local branch.

I have been with this branch for over 25 years and the staff are exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble and I would recommend them to anyone thinking of transferring banks in these challenging times.
