The Motor Inn has been looking after our families vehicles for years. We always get very good service from Mark and his team. Everything is explained before work is carried out. The work is always completed to a high standard and very professional. It is the only garage for miles around that you can trust.

Unfortunately a word of warning do not go here for tyres, they will damage your nuts and studs forcing you to pay and buy new ones.

Told us they were closing an hour early ,half an hour before they closed.So we had to drop everything just to get there in time to pick our car up.Twice now they have been lazy with phone calls.

Very bad service , very rude people answering the phone, not very helpful if your car need any assistance, i had i very bad experience and not help at all need to take my car somewhere else

Excellent people & service.Visited The Motor Inn for a minor issue, that took only 15 minutes to fix.They fitted me in very quickly, the attitude of the team was nothing was too much trouble.Special mention to Mark & his team for excellent attitude & service.Definitely recommend them.

I didn?t plan to leave a review but unfortunately after my last conversation with the garage( in my attempt to clarify some things)I?ve realised I?ve been lied, I don?t like dishonest people and I would like everyone to think twice before taking the car in this garage.September 2023, I went for service 8:30 am, 3 -4 h later I got called in to pick up the car. Where there bill came to £360, and when I asked if the air filter in the boot of the car was changed they said no because they don?t usually change that. I said fine and left, nothing else I could?ve done.Than literally 5 months later the light for service A came up, only 6500 done since September. So 1 year hasn?t passed, not even 10000 miles on , and I went back I?ve asked why and what is the issue? But I do t know if you ever been inside the reception is always chaotic and phone ringing and people doing something in the computer but paying attention to the client is not in their routine. I didn?t got an answer but they booked me in 4 days later, that Busy they are, and so I went 4 days later 8:30, I?ve specifically mentioned the air filter in the boot again because I?ve changed it before at a different garage ( not Mercedes), the guy at the reception made a note of it. I?ve asked how long , he said:? before 5pm?. At 3:30pm I went in as my patience was running low, just to find out my car is just on the ramp and will be another hour o so. Frustrating obviously but I have waited patiently to finish, 4:30pm he started to make the invoice and told me that fuel filter they didn?t change because has some metal screws that they can?t take out , like it is stuck and I should take the car to Mercedes, also the air filter from the boot not changed again and I need to take it to Mercedes because they don?t do it .A week later I went to another garage Mercedes specialist and we found that the cabin filter was filthy so my guess that was only changed in September last year and not Feb although the same cabin filter code is on the invoice . The filter is smaller than the actual place is situated in the car, and the fuel filter with his metal clasp wore loose, that I don?t know if was left like that From September.Today I went in and I have spoken to Mark, explained the situation, he personally told me that the cabin filter was changed in September only, but on my 2 invoice I have been charged on both, I explained the rest of the issues and all I got was: ? next time you come in I?ll personally make sure to look after you?.I definitely won?t go back and unfortunately I can?t in good faith to recommend this garage to anyone, especially if you are a woman because it is not a friendly environment, you can feel uncomfortable and intimidate going inside, and you can?t really have a say because ?you know nothing about cars? they know as they are the specialists , that?s why you went there otherwise you would?ve done it yourself.So sorry to see this happening, and people not taking care and pride in their actions, it?s all about money now, safety is not important, respect and dignity come in second too.Ps: the pictures are real, that?s how the cabin filter was pushed practically in, and the size difference from that and the one from Mercedes.The picture with the glove is the metal plates of the fuel filter that wore loose. I have a video of that but I can?t add it here.

Come in because my wheel trim wouldn?t go on as the metal bit had bent sorted it out in 5 minutes and didn?t charge me a penny!! Really nice genuine guys who are always happy to help
