Me and my friend went there it took 20 mins for us to order and 20 mins for us to get our food BUT there was no one ordering apart from the delivery drivers and the workers were impatient with us. When we finally got our food I got the wrong food and I found a hair in my mcspicy (I didn?t order that) horrible absolutely horrible 0 stars

I have ordered 2 meals from the breakfast menu at 10:42am. They accepted my delivery order, then proceeded to NOT MAKE IT and cause 3-4 drivers to sit there and wait for the food, or cancel. After an hour, they cancelled it. I tried calling the store, but apparently they 'don't allow phone calls'. What kind of restaurant is this? Couldn't even call me to arrange for lunch menu, like any other McDonald's? Head Office complaint is coming.

AVOID DELIVEROO FROM THIS RESTAURANT. They cancel your breakfast order after an hour of waiting for any update and refuse to take any phone calls.

Happy Meal ?? Kids really wanted the advertised grinch Toy with their meals but received a grinch happy meal box with a minion?s toy instead?. So unless you want something other than advertised go to this branch instead! Must have been getting rid of old stock ?.

I understand there not being what I paid for, it's popular a choice... What I don't understand is being gaslit by a McD employee after another lied to me about not giving me the alternative I chose. Because I pointed out it wasn't a chocolate milkshake doesn't mean you need to lie, it's simple. You made a mistake, it happens. Lying to me saying it has the chocolate at the bottom when the straw draws from said bottom isn't helping, it's excusing your laziness love.
Then the second milkshake... Had a swirl of chocolate!
I think I'm going on a long McDonald's break. This was pathetic a customer service episode...

Uber eat is bed advertising for McD those ppl standing outside make place looking like 2nd class pub. Now even worse than ever, Indian tobacco splits all over pavements, Delivery drivers seating at the front of shops. It is like visiting Asia all over again.

Incompetent people working at this branch! Always getting the order incorrect or missing food when placed via delivery app! Either they are hiding the food or they are extremely incompetent to read the order! Appalling!!!
