We have only recently become members and have paid a few visits now. The staff have been extremely helpful and approachable and know their stuff! Each wine we have bought has been a delight to drink. Rohit at the Ruislip store has been a great pleasure to deal with! We?ll be back again soon!

Nicolas was so helpful in guiding me towards some good current wine. He has done this before and has never let me down. He really knows his wine and is happy to share his knowledge. The shop generally has a broad range of wines for all budgets and tastes.

I got in contact with them initially via email and then popped in to collect my order. The staff were quick to respond via email and then i met Tim in store whom was really courteous, helpful and polite. It was my first time dealing with you but wont be my last...
