The staff was passive-aggressive nor helpful when resolving an issue that arose due to the courier's - Yodel's mistake. For whatever reason, the barcode on the parcel didn't match the barcode that I had, even when they put it in manually. Due to internal policies, they could not hand me the parcel, though it was at the store and had my name, surname and the correct address (It was shown to me). Moreover, it shows that it was delivered, though it was still at the store. I came three times to the store and contacted Yodel - which was also unhelpful and didn't resolve my issue. So I wasn't handed my parcel and effectively lost it.However, my main problem with Londis was that their staff were unwelcoming and resistant to assist me. I feel intimidated to come there again.I would not recommend ordering anything to collect from this location. You are risking losing your parcel an experiencing very poor customer service. Also, avoid ordering through Yodel - it's not worth it.
