AVOID!
I called up as my car was grinding on the ground.really worried.got there.The guy said it all looks visibly fine.I said to him that's impossible. Begged him to look again .Still nothing. said i can book an appointment for another day as there too busy.Went away really scare to drive my car.went to another kwik fit, 24hrs later ,he said brakes were so worn down he said I could have crashed.
being a motability customer this was extremely worrying and heightened my anxiety.The other branch was really helpful. yes it took a while but at least I left there safely. Not even a proper apology from sth ruislip.

If you have large vehicles like LWB vans like mine check first with them!!!Here it is what I wrote to their head office:"Guys. What's the point on taking my registration number for a wheel alignment?I came down to the centre and was told by one of your employees that he can't do it as the ramp is too small for my vehicle!!!I've been told by him that he is tired of reporting this very same issue to your head office and the answer, also according to him, that it is that it's too expensive!He turns away about 30 vehicles just like mine every week!!!!Someone's not doing their job properly, even I know you losing money if that's true. Well it's very easy to find out because you keep record of every single vehicle prior booking. Just do the maths.Lastly, this company is annoying/frustrating around 30 clients / week just on this matter. I could've been somewhere they actually do the work, instead of coming here for nothing. That's bad at minimum. Please sort this out so others won't lose their day like I did. "

It was supposed to be an 'Express Service' but I was asked to leave the car as there were not many staff available. Besides, I was not called up when it was ready. I, on my own, made sure to be there 10 minutes before the closing time to collect the car.
