I went to Kwik Fit Ruislip manor with a slow puncture. The staff told me I needed a whole new tyre. I didn?t want the budget tyres they had in stock and asked for a branded tyre the more durable ones.
They said they could order them in.
On my next visit to have the tyres fitted, I left my car there and went for a walk along Ruislip High Street to pass the time. An hour later, when I returned, they were only just bringing my car into the garage. Then I was told the tyres they had ordered had the wrong tread pattern.
This meant two wasted trips and a lot of wasted time. I have no issue with Kwik Fit as a company generally, but this branch is another story. I won?t be going back ? poor organisation and disappointing customer service.

Great service. Car seen and repaired the same day. Had full exhaust replaced and costs reasonable. Staff friendly, efficient and informative. Would happily recommend.

The person who carried out my mot (Anoop) was very professional. He told me about my car, any advisories etc and I felt informed. The person at reception (Mo) was also very informative with great customer service.

Superb service, I've had bad experience with Kwik fit previously but the guys in here are top notch. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this branch at all.
Came for a puncture repair that turned out to be a bent rim. No problem for these guys had the rim holding air and back on the van in 20 minutes.

Mo from kwik fit in Ruislip is an absolute superstar , I went in for a puncture check a few months ago and he had noticed some of the issues was caused by my tyres having cuts through to the cords and I also had a bead leak , he cleaned my wheels down on the bead properly before fitting my new tyres to the vehicle offered me a wheel alignment check , wheel alignment check come back okay ? . Best customer service I have had from any kwik fit centre, also no pushy sales tactics etc , informed me of issues and just stuck to performing a service according to my budget . I have also been back yesterday 5th of July 2025 for a quick once over my vehicle. Please give this fella my feedback
