Never in my life have I ever had such dry chicken.
Unbelievable dry. It was more dry than the Sahara Desert.
It?s even made me feel out of love for KFC.

Previously I ordered food for a family of 8.
Order a family size bucket and 6 filet burgers
Missing chips and we received mini burgers
Order a zinger box.
Was missing corn and coleslaw.
Ordered a side of large chips which were obviously not large. And why are your portion sizes so small now.
Chicken is small and chips are in a tiny bags and they're disgusting.

Late night KFC (post pub) - restaurant was surprisingly busy for the time of night, but service was quick, efficient & friendly. Food was freshly cooked & my order was accurate. No complaints. Will be back

Not aware of hygiene. Can't be bothered to tidy up the restaurant. Bits of food all over the table. They ran out of cooked chicken and had to cook more. There were about 8 to 10 customers. How do you run out of cooked chicken when that is your bread and butter? I was promised 15 minutes which turned to half an hour wait. No apologies after I chased up my food. The chicken size was small. Cut backs? Was not worth the wait.

If I could score lower I would this is my local KFC and the worst FRANCHISE KFC I've ever been too I've never had a correct order I would imagine every single Uber order is wrong they can't even manage counter orders.food is awful even when they do get the order right.today I ordered dipped bites and never received them....when I drove back to the shop they told me they didn't have any dipped bites and they said they put in extra popcorn chicken as it was the same price (they forgot) They never once informed me that they didn't have the item I ordered and when I said why didn't you tell me you didn't have the item the reply I got was 'ok sir'.....it's not ok at all you're service is shocking and so is the food

Ordered a bargain bucket at 4.18pm. Manager apologises and says they don't have cooked chicken (!) and it's going to be a 15 minute wait. Also offered a soft drink (presumably on the house) - which I declined, I prefer to have my food on time please. At 4.35pm I go and ask again, was told it's going to be only two more minutes. Sure enough after only "two more minutes" passed food was ready at 4.43 pm. Not worth the "15 minutes" wait....
