“I contacted Everycare during a weekend at very short notice when my 95 yr old mother was taken into hospital in London acutely ill with pneumonia. Although Mum had private health insurance, the hospital wouldn’t allow me to stay alone with her 24/7 as they insisted I had to have a break myself and asked me to arrange for a carer to sit with her overnight so that I could get some sleep myself. Anu who I spoke to on the phone was so very helpful and reassuring along with Charlotte and both of them quickly understood the situation I found myself in. It was therefore arranged that they would send a carer to sit with mum in her hospital room throughout the night for the length of her hospital stay. The carer they sent, Sham, was so lovely, very kind, professional and caring and Mum took to her immediately, as did I. It was a very stressful time both for my Mum & myself and I honestly can’t thank Everycare enough for how they really did help us at very short notice, during a weekend and couldn’t have supported us better. I can highly recommend this company - 5 stars to Everycare!”
