I was so pleased with my haircut. Especially for curly hair, you need to go with someone that knows what they are doing. Dewa asked me questions gave me so many tips to maintain my hair. Thank you again the results were better than expected!

Hayley highlighted my hair as part of her colour training yesterday 24/11/23. She is the ultimate professional, efficient and she clearly takes pride in her work. After spending time providing a first class consultation during which she listened to what I hoped to achieve, the end result was fantastic and the best I've had in many years. She is a credit to The Hobs Academy and to The Hobs, Ruislip branch, where she normally works. I am very pleased!

I had a great experience the first time I had balayage at this salon in Nov 2022. It was beautiful and subtle and really suited me. The stylist took a lot of care. I went back in March 2023 to have it refreshed. The result was very patch and not blended at all. The colour was far too light and because of the poor blend was very obvious, particularly around the face.I called the next day to ask if someone could take a look and advise what to do and the stylist first said I must have wash out all the colour and then said I should try to get used to it. It was very yellow and very patchy. I have felt very self conscious ever since.It is a real shame. If they were too busy to do my hair, I wish they would have told me. I would gladly have come back another day.The lack of care about the impact on me as a client has really put me off. I won't be using this provider again.

Last week, Jo cut my daughter's hair with the so-called wolf cut, but all she did was cut an unnecessarily long forelock and cut the hair on the back of her head with thinning scissors. When my daughter came home she was so unhappy that I had to cut her hair by watching videos on the internet and it became gorgeous. It's a shame for all the money I gave to the hairdresser. We dont collect money on streets.

They are really unpolite! They have no education at all! Rude younters without experience! I would add, racist!When I made a complaint to the manager, instead of writing me back, she called me by phone to insult me!

This review is mainly to shoutout AMANDA and KAYLEIGH @ the Ruislip salon. I cannot praise these two enough for the makeover they gave my hair (I'm still in shock at how good it looks). As well as being so talented they were such lovely people and made my experience wonderful, I had the best day at the salon. Both super confident, and such experts when it comes to what they do and I can't recommend them both enough. Booked in with Dewa for a 'on the day blow-dry' for the first time. Dewa was friendly and I was very happy with my blow dry. She listened to everything I asked her to do with regards the styling.Service: Blowouts

Excellent salon and I would highly recommend.Kayleigh is the best hairdresser, hands down. She listens to and takes the time to understand her clients needs. She is a very talented hairdresser and makes me you feel at ease. All in all I couldn?t ask for more and would highly recommend her.Prices are reasonable for the quality for of service you receive. As with anything in life, you get what you pay for. I?m always offered a coffee, which is in a pristinely washed cup and comes with a biscuit. All in all a very very pleasant experience.

Had a really good experience at the salon. Had my cut and toner by Sophie who did an amazing job!! She corrected my colour perfectly and gave me the cut I requested- after having been to another salon where I wasn't pleased with cut or colour.
