I today visited Dreams Ruislip and received excellent customer service from Paul. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
As I was on my own he made me feel totally at ease and understood my requirements. I highly recommend visiting this shop and I am looking forward to receiving my new mattress next week.

Staff member was very attentive and helpful. They recommended various mattresses in my Dad's price range.
Delivery and collection arranged. We were kept informed. We were advised of a time slot and received confirmation on the day of delivery.

Paul is the most unpleasant customer service rep I have ever met in my life. So rude, so abrasive. So much so that I hope that when I call he doesn?t answer, but it?s always him. Was happy to take my money, then give me bad advice and then withheld the deposit I put down because he was eager to get a sale under his belt. It?s beds, you?re hardly curing cancer so be a bit kinder, it doesn?t hurt. I will never return to dreams because of this man. Customer service did what they had to do for me and for that I?m appreciative, other than that don?t go there, this man is awful he should be put out with the clearance items himself.

I visited earlier today to find a bed, and was looked after by Kayal, who was wonderful from start to finish. She was friendly, patient, lovely to talk to and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. She explained all the details and services clearly, making the whole experience easier for us. Thank you, Kayal, for such excellent service :)

We had a fantastic experience with the customer service at this store. Ishaa greeted us warmly and was incredibly helpful, friendly and patient as my partner and I explored various ideas for mattress and pillow options. A week later, Dheeram followed up to assist with our order, demonstrating the same level of patience and attentiveness. Overall, the staffs exceptional service made our purchase smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Professional and helpful staff. The sleep test machine is something unique you can't get online. When you're forking out so much, and you only do so roughly once every 10 years, it's best to try the bed in store first in my opinion.
