Absolutely disgusting service, he chose to not move from his place and assist me. We come here to spend our money and in return these guys don?t help at all. Curry?s has gone down with its service. Staff like this should be sacked. Curry?s needs to provide training to its staff.

Not enough staff on the shop floor to help customers, however good range of products and some of the colleagues are very helpful, I was helped by a helpful informative colleague in the selection of a product however some advisors say that they are just with customers not enough staff hired. Most staff do not wear name badges so hard to identify a good service and bad service. Thanks

I popped in to buy an iron,the lady that served me was very friendly & helpful,which was great,so I managed to find an iron I was happy with..It makes a big difference when you do actually get customer service! Seems to be thin on the ground these days...Well done,keep up the good service.

Shocking customer service. Spent over 20 minutes waiting to to served only to be told I had to go back to Watford branch as Ruislip store couldn't be bothered to help. This was after spending a £1000 in curry's. Manger was very rude and not a standard you would expect. Will not be returning to Ruislip

Items are usually by order only. An order fee around £20 will apply and it will take two daysI found Argos cheaper & quicker . I'm not surprised if they are not doing well. If one has to order online no need for shops and staff!?

Click and Collect: never again! firstly having to PROCESS the click and collect before you can even actually collect your item in-store which is bizarrely called "Im at the store"(why have this extra middle step in the process?) It is Click + Collect NOT 1.Click + 2.Click "I'm at the Store" + 3.Collect! I've never seen this before it is not at all user/customer friendly process, so please remove this middle step @Curry's technology dept.Secondly, once I processed the collection on my phone in-store, I received a message something along the lines of being first in the queue and someone's getting my item for me. Waiting patiently near the collection point, I'm seeing staff members coming in and out and chatting and laughing in their little groups on the shop floor (obviously not much work for them to do mid week afternoon) not one of them asked me if I'm being served? or if I need help, I had to ask 2 staff members at different intervals by interrupting their chit chats and laughter how long will it take for the item to arrive as I'm on my one hour lunch break and 20 odd minutes have passed already waiting. Only to be told someone should be dealing with it and they reverted back to their chats completely disinterested in investigating. Then finally one of the staff decided to break away from the group chat and headed in to collect an item for a gentlemen who came after me for his item to be given so I again informed that staff that I was first in queue and waiting for 25min now only to be told that there are 300 products for collection it takes time to find it. I mean what a lousy excuse to give to a customer and the fact that chatting away for so long, ignoring customers was the most unbelievable thing I ever seen in a reputable store such as Curry's especially when everyone is buying from various online retailers I would of thought "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is what differentiates them to the rest i.e.v Amazon. But for me its a lesson learnt, I'll do what I normally do and go Amazon next time I thought I'd support my local retail shop during this difficult time but I'll take my hard earned cash elsewhere where it is appreciated. Thank you

Thank you to general manager for assistance it was really helpful. I did made a mess and bit of shouting on staff i apologise deeply for that but they handled calmly and led me to right direction for support and solved my issue. much appreciated. thank you.

I went in to spec up a mid tier gaming PC and the member of staff that approached me was with me for all of 2mins before saying, I'll be right back. When he finally came back he went straight to "so are you going to buy it?" I told him I found him very rude and started to walk off to which he became angry which set me off as I won't be bullied by pushy sales folk. Absolutely appalling staff, I'll never step foot in another curry's again.

A very mixed and painful experience. Big store. Good selection of products. Very badly led and poorly trained employees who lack product knowledge and basic customer service skills and are too focused on hard selling expensive warranties that people don?t need.Just visited but ended walking out and will buy my products elsewhere as there was no one running the till.Hard to see how this store will remain open unless there are not any immediate changes.

I took in equipment for repair under extended warranty in mid November. The policy states that if the item isn't repaired within 8 days then the customer is entitled to a replacement. It is now one month with no equipment no refund. The store won't/can't take ownership. mer service I have ever

Ordered a TV for collection at this store on Friday, website said available for collection the next day? got an email then saying I wouldn?t be able to collect until Monday, due to work this wasn?t something I?d be able todo. I then went back onto Currys website and checked availability on the tv id ordered and again it said available for collection today. I went into store and told the collections team my issue. The store manager came over and again I explained my issue, he was very unhelpful and rude, they said I?d have to cancel my online order and wait for a refund and purchase the same tv id ordered for collection at the same store from the stock they had on the shelf? no explanation from the manager as to why I had todo this. The service I received was shocking i won?t be coming back to this store.
