I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The staff were unhelpful and appeared more interested in chatting with each other than assisting customers. I struggled to find what I needed, and when I reached the counter, I was not acknowledged despite being the only person in the queue. I had to ask if I was being served before receiving any response.
This reflects a serious lack of communication and customer service. I came with the intention of purchasing two TVs, but due to the poor experience, I decided not to proceed. I strongly recommend management take action to improve staff training and customer care.

staff didn't help finding products, they just addressed me at wall & ask to find it, which literally cost me 30 mins just to search for product.

Terrible service at this store. Visited last Thursday and waited for an hour and still they didn?t serve me. Went in today and waited 30mins to be served and still no help. The chap with the here to help jacket wasn?t helpful at all. He was an Asian lad think his name was Jay. He was stood around and saw multiple times that I was waiting. Will definitely not be visiting again. People like this ruin the brand image of a reputable brand! Would rate 0 if I could

I visited the Ruislip branch looking to purchase a washing machine, freezer unit and a dishwasher. My initial interaction with the manager Mr Vinod wasn?t as expected in fact to some extent Discouraging.
As we were walking towards the exit Fortunate enough a young man Mr AMMIR came to help and changed my experience completely because of the customer service and his professionalism we purchased all three of these items instead of walking away due to the initial experience, My personal opinion we need people like him as managers with empathy and understanding of customers needs.

The staff are soooooooo unhelpful!
The tv i wanted to buy wasn?t on the shop floor, so i went to 3 different members of staff asking to see it, they was as much use as a chocolate teapot!
Was told there?s no returns if it?s open!
Was told to just order it online!

no help when on the floor. have to wait 100 years by staff to get a simple answer. Just buy online. cheaper and actually easier. also they done have half the items in stocks.
