Gotta love cex.Staff were helpful and knowledgeable, as well as talkative.Helped me out greatly with my remote that was from a different region, they could've just rejected it but took the time to verify and confirm it was all good.Asked all the questions I would've asked without me having to.And the store was rather clean and didn't stink, which some branches that I've been to are the complete opposite.

Guys in the store are really good at there job and friendly never hadany issues with returns ect through i items i buy off cex website that i am not satisfied with shop is always clean and well stocked thanks for your help guys.Scottish guy.

bought a s21ultra silicon case ,really poor scuffed paid top price,no customer service here,theu just wanted to a return,rather then replace etc,Never again,the item was not from the shop but online i must stress that.

This was my go-to store but today at 4:40 I went to sell my Apple Home pod (not Home pod mini). As it looks like they need a good technician, who needs to know what they're doing. The sales rep took the home pod for a test and the technician straight away said you need a QR Code. I told her this doesn't come with it. she took it in said come back in half an hour, When I return back they said its not resetting and you need QR Code. At least if you take few mins to search in youtube you will find how to. anyways I went to other branch near it. They took it in they seems to know what they were doing. I got paid... Poor service. More like you need good technician.

I went there in the first week of January 2023 Zak and his colleague who was the store manager I forgot his name were amazing they went out of there way to guide me. I was so impressed and also wanted to say a big thanks for guiding me to get the series thirty something we watched it last weekend and I can?t thank the 2 gentlemen for being so wondeful.the store manager leads by example thanks again guys.
