I popped in to grab a quick coffee. Staff were really helpful and dealt with the order quickly despite it being rather busy.

Coffee was average but took an age to arrive. 2 baristas vs a queue of approx 6 people. Just seemed so understaffed to be able to deal with the constant influx of customers. What happened to quick and go/grab coffee?
Parking: Parking available on the high street but very rare. There is also a car park located behind the store and is with the Iceland car park at a paid fee.

Sunday morning happy it was open. Very saddened yo deal with the moody staff member behind the till other staff member sitting down on computer giving me bad looks. Coffee mediocre service awful. Will never go back.

First time here, and I just had a cup of tea with my sister, who had a coffee . Nice place for a meet-up and playing with my baby niece, too.

Went today. Saw a member of staff was sitting within the cafe speaking to friends and I thought fine fair enough, probably on break.
Another member disappeared leaving one barista making coffee with 3-4 people still ahead of me. The other staff member reappeared with her coat and bag, presumably finished for the day - again all of which is understandable.
At this point the member of staff that was sitting with her friends did come back to serve customers (of which I was one), so great! However, I really couldn't understand why she openly asked her friends if they wanted to have any further food or drinks (one wanted a coffee), so this staff member made her friends drink BEFORE serving the waiting customers at the counter that had long been there before. Surely she should have served the patiently waiting customers in the queue before making her friends drinks? Just thought it lacked courtesy.

Giving 5 Stars because I hear you're very Dog Friendly... however my delivered expensive Lattes are arriving like the tides gone out! One time too many now. Please sort this. Don't want half a cup of very expensive foam. Otherwise great for deals and convenience.
