What?s the point of a branch if they tell you to use video banking! Awful experience, significant improvement required in customer service and understanding of a customers personal space. Will be closing my account as this isn?t the first poor experience I?ve had with Barclays.

Terrible customer service. I went in yesterday to put cash into my account. The machine didn?t work so I had to go up to the teller. She looked extremely irritated and was behaving like I was unnecessarily bothering her. She kept grunting and barking. I?m a premier customer so I give this bank a lot of business. This is not the way any customer should be treated.

A shadow of its previous self. It's the sad case all around the country. Only two remaining counters, but are hardly ever both staffed/open at any given time - more likely one or none. Almost always a queue for the machines and counters (when actually open).No disrespect to the staff who do their best to work through the grumpy customers!

Shameful behaviour from the staff at Barclays. Especially the help desk her name was Evtgo she didn?t even had badge to see her name she had blue scarf on her head Acting entitled and with complete disregard for its customers. I attended today When I arrived I was completely ignored and when I asked for her availability she turned her back on my and proceeded to talk to her colleague. Nonetheless all Has Barclays forgot its values or are customers considered as inconvenience during a relaxed day at the desk

Staff kind and helpful: on a busy Saturday morning and with no appointment they found the time to help me, explaining all the possibilities and suggesting me options which will make me save money in the future. Special mention to Caroline who went the extra mile and beyond.

Shameful behaviour from the staff at Barclays. Especially the accounts manager who sits in the office. Acting entitled and with complete disregard for its customers. I attended today as I was looking to open a business account, for which I was required to drop in with my ID. When I arrived I was completely ignored and when I asked the account manager for her availability she turned her back on my and proceeded to talk to her colleague. Nonetheless all cashiers were also closed causing long waiting queues. Has Barclays forgot its values or are customers considered as inconvenience during a relaxed day at the office?
