I agree with a previous review earlier about this gym being a joke and the terrible manager there who doesn?t even seem to have the courage to face nor handle conflict properly and instead chooses to ban clients without allowing them to have their say or speak up which feels like a complete violation of free speech and your own human rights. I had such an experience here similar to someone else who commented , and was banned due to apparent complaints from people I was not aware of without even being given a chance to speak or defend myself just because the culture I come from and how we may approach others with my friendly and warm personality may be different to what people are normally accustomed to here . The owner of the gym of this didn?t even bother to contact me to ask me how I felt and if there was any way we could professionally resolve things! What kind of management and sevice is this when you?re not even focusing on the customer?s feelings as well and also invading that customers privacy but showing and sharing private messages and gossiping to others about it ?? There?s two sides to every story and in my case only one side was heard and vouched for but not the other . If there was an issue I would be happy to resolve it moving forward , and work on whatever the issue was but instead going straight to being banned without even being given a chance to be heard feels extremely unfair .
To this day even though it?s been over a year I am still apparently not allowed to enter and when I tried to contact the manager to speak to her they still try to avoid me or refuse to hear me out . I don?t know how she is still even working there when her poor customer service skills , rude demeanour and lack of a friendly welcoming persona and gossiping nature has caused others to leave and relocate to new gyms by what I?ve seen , or write reviews criticising her behaviour as well. How do you expect international people to want to come and even feel comfortable at your gym if the environment is so hostile and not welcoming?
The guy running this place really needs to evaluate what kind of gym he is running and which staff he is choosing to hire I have no respect for people who behave this way .Honestly you guys have already lost customers and maybcontinue to lose more in the future if this is how you choose to act whenever there is an issue of any kind . No conflict resolution if any sort . Just ban ban ban like cowards if we don?t like you . Wow .

8 months since I notified them for membership cancellation and they confirmed that but still charged me!
I got questions as ?why I didn?t try to contact them again after?? meanwhile they charge me for one more month instead to cancel the membership!
Its looks like they delayed everything much as possible just to charge me for another month !

Loving Anytime Fitness especially now that it has been fully furnished. It is spacious, clean! I highly recommend this gym.

This Gym is a Joke: Incompetent Management and Baseless Accusations
I am beyond furious with the experience I had at this gym. About two weeks ago, I decided to try out this place with a friend. We did a normal workout together and left. Fast forward to today, and I get a call from my local gym accusing me of being a personal trainer at this dump of a gym!
Apparently, the manager at this place, who has supposedly been managing for 8 years, is absolutely certain I was personal training. Let me make this clear: I am NOT a personal trainer. I have zero qualifications, and I was simply helping an old friend out. But instead of having the guts to approach me during my workout, this desperate excuse of a gym decided to snoop into my details and contact my local gym with completely false accusations!
To top it off, this so-called manager had the audacity to threaten me with a ban if I ever set foot in her dusty, rundown establishment again. Really? How about confronting me like a professional instead of acting like a coward?
This place is a joke. They clearly don't understand the difference between casual assistance and professional training. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this clown show. They obviously don't have the competence to run a gym properly.

This is a small gym, which is extremely well maintained.
The members have been well trained to put any prop they use, back to where they belong, so we don't trip over dumbbells/ props left allover the gym floor. That is a huge positive for me, as so many gyms are messy!
What I love most about this gym is the high level of Hygiène, so rare these days. The manager puts these little purple baskets all over, with inside some paper towel and desinfectant spray; and I have to say that makes a huge difference, as you don't have to look for it. I enjoy and feel safe training in that gym.
One little negative, that can be fixed fairly quickly, therefore, why I still give 5 stars, the handles of the Precor Dual Cable need to be replaced - a good quality pair of handles is around £15.00/ 18.00 - see photos

Gym is a bit dated and lacking atmosphere. In some ways it?s great to get in and just train. But if you want more atmosphere with music, classes, lots going on this seems to be lacking it.

Tiny gym close to ruislip manor station. Quite busy in pick time but ok for the times when I go in qhich is mostly 5:30am in the morning or 9am in mondays.Most of the equipment are there, there is literaly no space to fit in any othe machines. Due to space shortage there are no classes in this gym but it is great for free weight training and cardio

Anytime Fitness is a total scam. I asked while signing up if there was some type of minimum term or if I can just pay by month and was told I could do monthly. Turns out that was a lie and they want to charge me for a minimum of 1 year. Any membership that requires a minimum term is a scam.
