I've been a regular customer for years and I have to say this was the BEST customer service that I have ever received. Mai was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and incredibly relatable. It's very rare to find a genuine sales assistant who is passionate and not just trying to get a sale. Mai is a hidden gem in the perfume shop and I'll be definitely returning.

Went to pick up my order and one of the perfumes I bought (Gucci) was without the foil unsealed. I turn back and said I'm sorry but this isn't sealed and it's a gift. The girl exchanged and gave me sealed but the behaviour and look I got wasn't nice.One of the staff opened the box to check the bottle ( not sure why because I just been handed the bag from her colleague ) it felt that for them it was normal and they were surprised that I even asked.
I know the perfume was on sale £40 but original price is much higher and doesn't matter if is sale or not ,I want a 100% item ,not used ,tried

Had the best customer service from Stephan! What a gentleman! I bought Paco Rabbana Million, 100ml, and Cerruti 1881, 100ml. Had one gift wrapped very neatly and tied with a personalized ribbon. Very happy!
