This is the really bad experience that I ever had in my life ?.what a rude behaviour from the staffs ? Showing like buying things from a cheap store , even I was asking the black lady what?s wrong with her i was calling the manager and even in front of the customer, how harsh she speaks with him , he?s trying to convince her but she is like I am a trained staff ?. So let me say you to the Tesco team pls train them how to behave with the customers! Pls ,,,, I got a bullying nature from the staffs ,is it is not just because of am a?white lady ?

Had a absolutely horrific experience at this Tesco store on Friday, the 26th of JanuaryFound out Tesco had a national sale on some Lego set so I decided to purchaseI filled my trolley and attended the self checkout where I was stopped by a member of staff who said that she needs to call management along came six different employees and the harassment startedThe prices on the shelves were still at full price, but I used the app to find out if the sets were reduced. I was accused of using staff app to find out the prices and other nefarious tactics which I did notStood there for over 15 minutes being abused, and then they decided to walk away with my trolley telling me there was a purchase limit which they obviously is not because I cannot find it anywhere in the store or onlineI felt extremely embarrassed in front of other customers, and I was made to feel like I was stealing. It was just a set of lego, nothing special, and if I wanted them then why shouldn?t I be able to purchase what I want?If these are the type of employees Tesco are hiring, then they need to rethink their strategy as this was absolutely horrific and totally embarrassing

I shop here a lot and so I must like it right but the problem I find is that there are not enough lighter trolleys which is stupid because they have unsed bay spaces outside that they don't bother using for their customers lol.

So rude in this Tesco?s! No one acknowledges you when you approach the tills, they eat while serving you and continue to have a mothers meeting on kiosk and everytime I use self scan I see someone sitting on the actual self scan till.

Has a real zombie apocalypse vibe?On a serious note, no trolleys? none.Also nothing gets cleaned up. The self checkouts are mostly closed. Slow slow slow place to shop.

Getting worse by the day. The trolley situation is a joke - for the last 6 months they?ve had almost no shallow ones, I have to wait up 20 minutes every time I am there just to get a trolley and start my shop. They got rid of the butcher and deli counters, they are stocking less brands/products, the make up counter is rarely unlocked. The trolley self service counter is a nice addition, but they let people with baskets go through, even though there is a basket self service (which is much quicker so who knows why these idiots want to go through the trolley one) and that slows down the trolley self service so I wish they would clamp down on that. The manned check out counters usually only have a handful open so the queues are ridiculous. The whole place is just a bit of a joke these days.
