Shamed me over my medication and refused to give it to me. Never had this experience in any other pharmacy picking up my medication. Went to the boots next door and they gave it to me no questions asked. AVOIDD

Came to the pharmacy at 10am. Asked about ear infection treatment as the NHS suggests this is best dealt with at a pharmacy. They told me they didn?t have a licensed pharmacist available who could deal with this and told me to try boots - which didn?t open until later. What kind of service is this? Pharmacy that doesn?t have a pharmacist?

For once they had no queue. I was at the pharmacy a minute before closing to get medication for acute need, and they refused to serve as they close at 8pm. ? every time when visiting this pharmacy there is always queue, long waiting times or SOME reason why not to serve customers. Every. Single. Time. The only reason to use them is all the other pharmacies actually close at 6pm (albeit they are willing to keep open a bit longer if needed as they understand the vitality of their jobs).

This is quite frankly the worst pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune to frequent . Can never fill a full prescription .. takes days to get anything from them .. been told I have to wait 45 minutes because the pharmacist is on lunch for a prescription that was put in a week in advance .. unprofessional .. lazy .. can?t even claim to be understaffed as I?ve counted 5 people behind the counter at times and 3 of them are doing nothing .. not a single redeeming point about this pharmacy .. they should be ashamed

Has been good in the past but now not fulfilling my prescriptions, can?t get through on the phone. Am switching my NHS nominated pharmacy away from them

Disorganised and impossible to reach.I should have known something was gonna go wrong for me, because whenever I filled my prescription, there was at least one other customer around whose basic request was being messed up.Tried to fill my prescription yesterday, but they were out of stock. Not a problem, asked for the paper form to fill it elsewhere. Tesco handed over the form, but forgot to release the prescription.Since they never pick up the phone, I?m stuck without medication until I can make it back to them.

Staff work tirelessly here. I feel that they deserve more staff because each and everytime, they are always hard at work, never ever seen them having a break. I'm grateful for them.

Not sure why the low rating, the staff are helpful and polite. The prescriptions are also super quick.

The pharmacist told me to take time off work in order to contact my GP for a repeat prescription that was already sent to their pharmacy. They refused to give me a couple of days supply until I was able to reach my GP for a medication that causes issues when doses are missed. Given the crisis in general practise, pretty shocking advise from a pharmacist. She told me it was not her problem and I should manage my time better...

Agreed with all the previous comments, they're absolutely useless, don't pick up the phone, never inform me when my prescription is ready, do not speak to my GP, I've been there numerous times requesting my repeat prescription and I'm always told to come back another day because it's not ready, and when I am there everything takes 30 min, even when the pharmacy is empty and I'm the only customer/patient! It's madness!

Why does it take so long to prepare a prescription that is just a standard box of medication when you've had the prescription for over a week? "10 minutes", for what? It should have already been prepared and ready for collection. Painfully inefficient service.

I'm quite immobile at the moment otherwise I would have gone in. I tried calling them to order a repeat prescription this morning. The phone just rang and rang. I tried several times with same result. I called back 5 minutes later and it was engaged. After 20 minutes of this I just felt like smashing something up! They're really pleasant and helpful if you go in person, but Christ! What's wrong with their phone system?
